I would leave a 0 but its not an option . We woke up this morning on our day off and realized it was freezing . Our heat wouldnt turn on . First thing we did was call UGI ( at 9:15 am) . The service rep told us they would be here shortly after 12 . Well we ran to the store and came right back home to make sure we didnt miss him . 2pm rolled around so we called , again we were told theyd be here shortly. Its now 5:15 and still no show or call . Its my fiancée birthday today and we have dinner reservations at 6:15pm with her parents. So not only do we have to cancel dinner plans , waste our entire night along with our completely wasted day ( not to mention were wearing jackets and winter gloves in our living room ) , but we still have to pay $89 for service fees along with whatever is wrong with it ?! I would never recommend dealing with this company again . Save your time and money and call a local smaller company . Maybe they wont leave you freezing in your house all day.

I have been a loyal customer of UGI and your affiliated service division since 1966 and I have nothing but the highest praise for your corporation. I have signed up for and used your service contracts with considerable savings over the years and your service men are always "spot on" whenever I have had issues. I recently purchased a new water heater at competitive pricing. I would be hard pressed to remember any occasion where I was not completely satisfied with any aspect of UGI. In summary, I suppose I represent what one would call a "completely satisfied customer".

Because they have a monopoly on gas service they have no problems screwing you. Shut off gas even though we paid immediately after finding out it was late. Then they shut off two weeks later out of no where because of not calling with a conf. Number. Sent our money back. Most ridiculous thing ever. Two babies in the house. Wont do same day service and rep was rude and didnt care that i have young kids. Would not rush even though it had been paid two weeks earlier. Ridiculous rules.Service men are nice but thats about it.

The tech arrived on time, got right to work. Thoroughly cleaned and adjusted the A/C and the gas hot air furnace. Added freon to the A/C and adjusted the CFM to the hot air and cooling system. I was using the wrong air filter which hindered cooling and heating to my second floor. He left his work area cleaner than when he arrived. He explained the proper operation of my systems and made sure everything worked properly before he left. A Five Star Service Call!

UGI has excellent customer service. I recently had a broken house heater on a cold Sunday morning. I called UGI and about 30 ~ 45 minutes the technician arrived. He fixed the problem with a temporary part. Later of the week another technician came to replace the temporary part with a good one. Both men are really skilled. I would highly recommend UGI to anyone. Please keep up the good work!

there were two gentleman here today to install a new hot water heater. They were very personable . They explained everything to my husband about what they did and why. they even wanted to clean up my floor because of some water they had lost from the heater bringing it from the basement. these are the kind of workers you need. With workers like this you will get my business.

The motor on our daughters A/C unit burned out due to dirt clogging the vents. Not sure how they got clogged since we have it serviced twice a year. Fortunately our contract covered all the costs, including cleaning the vents on both units. The new motor was installed within one day, and the downstairs unit helped to reduce the upstairs humidity, but not the heat

wow their customer service is really rude. I moved out of an apartment and called to move the bill out of my name since I no longer am living there and they wanted to charge me a fee and wanted me to somehow get back into my old apartment during work hours to let them in. Not friendly at all, customer service sucks

Had a problem with my gas furnace...Chose UGI after searching on line. Their technician Mark was very knowledgeable trouble shot the problem had a part put on order, the next night another knowledgeable Tech Jason installed the part, made some adjustments and now were warm again. Professional job!! Thanks

Recently had to use our contract, lukewarm water in water heater.. Techs came same day diagnosed problem and fixed it. Than ordered a new part to be sure. Very satisfied, my husband who is retired and owned an Appliance Repair Business could not have done better.

Have annual service contract and called them on the first day of warm weather when our unit was not working. Called at 4PM and had a technician at our house by 7PM. Fixed the problem and covered by our contract. Excellent and friendly service.
