Please CHOOSE A DIFFERENT PLUMBING company and save yourself the money. We noticed a water stain on our kitchen ceiling, below our bathroom. Checked the bathroom, didnt see a leak. Cut into the kitchen ceiling, pipes were blocked by a piece of wood. Were recommended to call Mr. Rooter. Plumber came out, discovered the leak was coming from a water supply line to our bathroom sink. It was actually inside the vanity, not in the floor. In hindsight, I wish we had checked this better and done the repair ourselves. Once the ceiling was cut, we could smell mold. Plumber said he smelled mold too. Ive been sick for six months (presumably because of mold, but to be determined). We were in a bit of a panic and wanted the leak fixed quickly. Plumber quotes my fiancé $665 for everything. Tells him it will be cheaper with the $99 plan they have. Fiancé signs their paperwork, price jumps to over $700. What plumber meant is that the cost for labor and parts is discounted AFTER YOU ADD ON the $99 plan. And by discounted, I mean, $375 to replace a 6" piece of pipe AND $289 to replace a valve and put on two SHARK BITES - not even solder. Plus an additional $98.06 which Im not really sure where this came from because the whole thing is really illegible, but I think it might be a discount on the $99 plan? My fiancé called to complain and they refunded the $99 plan and asked if that was ok. Is that ok?! No! You spent less than TWO HOURS at my house, how can you justify charging me $800 for this work?! Seriously people, go on YouTube and do it yourself, or call a company who isnt going to take your first born and smile to your face while they do it. This company is comprised of plumbers turned salesmen who take advantage of vulnerable people in bad situations.

I have a house that is about 50 to 80 years old. It has had a lot of different plumbing work done over years. In the last year or so, I have had Mr. Rooter come out and fix a few plumbing emergencies and I have had them do some upgrades to the plumbing in the building. They have always been prompt and efficient. They have been able to sort through all of the old plumbing work to fix the current problems and get everything up and running again. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone who wants a plumber they can trust!

I had a wonderful experience with this company! The dispatcher was helpful and kept me updated as to the arrival time of the plumber. Upon his arrival, the plumber was professional and made sure to not make a mess in my home. He explained what steps he would need to take to fix our 2 clogged toilets and graciously answered my questions. I have had ongoing problems with our plumbing and found Mr. Rooter reasonably price and will definitely call them back should another plumbing issue arise!

We found ourselves in an emergency and called Mr. Rooter at 4pm Sat. Within an hour we had a tech at our location assisting us, and providing detailed explanations at to what the problem was. Turns out it was the plumbing from the street. Extremely helpful and would recommend to anyone in a jam. Thank you.
