Called Charles Moon Plumbing after hours on a Friday evening. Got a return call within 30 minutes and staff was reshuffled such that two technicians could come to my house the following Monday morning. They were punctual and courteous and quickly diagnosed the problem. The work was scheduled for and completed the following Wednesday. Again the staff was punctual, courteous, and very competent and took great care not to disturb anymore of my property and flowers than absolutely necessary and did a great job of cleaning up upon completion or their work. I highly recommend Charles Moon Plumbing & Heating.

I would give less than one star if that was an option. My home warranty company referred this service and after waiting a week for an appt they called me less than a hour before my service call and said they wouldnt be coming and next appt would be a week out. Rather than reschedule as soon as possible and move another appt out. I took time off work and do not appreciate having to now take another day off to have repairs done. I will be finding another company to perform the work. I will never call in them again.

Called to have our bathroom sink clog fixed, and was told someone could be out that very same day between 11 - 1; two excellent plumbers came at exactly 11:08, examined the problem, gave me a quote, and fixed the clog within 30 minutes. They were professional, incredibly nice, and FAST - excellent experience, well never use another plumber besides Charles Moon!

Charles Moon Plumbing did a great job installing a new water heater for me. The tech Sebastian wore booties and laid drop cloths to protect the floors from the old leaking tank as well, very nice gentleman would use again for sure.
