FIRST RATE COMPANY. I started oil deliveries with IT Landes after uncovering exhorbinant charges from my previous supplier (of which were reimbursed) over many years. I am so happy to be a customer now of three years. We use IT Landes for our boiler cleanings and oil deliveries and they have never been anything short of wonderful. The girls in the office are so friendly, kind and accomodating. Deliveries have always been as SOON as I needed it. I am on a will call basis, so a few times I was close to empty, but they came within a day if needed. It is such a pleasure to give our business to a company that cares and is seemingly very well managed. Thank you IT Landes!!

after using i.t landis for years i have found this last experience to be it for our household they charged me about $120 just to showup and do 15 minutes of work then when they didnt have the parts on hand they wanted another $120 to come back out plus the time to install the parts which is absurd we decided to go with another company since this business likes gouging there customers

Our family have used IT Landis for 40 + years. Just not as good anymore. Just had preventive maintenance done on our 2 years old heater, broke down within 24 hours after preventive maintenance completed. Took 3 more times to correct and get it back running 3 days disrupted and 10+ hours of my time. Very unfortunate and disappointing, it took a lot of my time off for them to fix.

We had Landes out for a new heater and A/ C unit. The pricing was right where we expected it to be. The Estimator Frank was very helpful in explaining all of our concerns. The Technicians where polite and neat. I would recommend them to any one.

Great experience. Plumber arrived on-time. He was happy to explain what was causing the problem. Showed me the broken part and explained how he was going to fix it. Quality work. Would use them again.

Called them for a quote to replace a hot water heater tank. They quoted me $600 more than what I ended up paying for another company to do the work. Make sure you shop around.

They came out, thought they fixed the problem, but didnt, then didnt return phone calls to fix it, but did send a bill twice the amount the service man said it would be.

They want you to take off work so they dont have to work at night to give you an estimate on a system for our house. How stupid is that. I will call Lowerys instead.
