what an experience!!!! from start to finish these guys were great! we switched from oil heat to gas and their sales staff along with service staff were very knowledgeable and helpful! they not only helped us get the right heater for our lifestyle they also helped us get the best price for it. in fact, they were 4k less then the next closest quote (for an identical unit)!! the service guys came out at 7:30 on a friday morning and were ready to work. they answered all my questions about the new heater and were very professional. i feel confident that this job was done right and there will be no problems with their work!! i would recommend good heating plumbing and air condition to anyone!!!

I have used Good Plumbing before and once again they are top notch today. I had a problem with my heating unit and called them this morning at 8 AM....and by 10 AM I received a call that they could show up early. My technician I believe was Mike was professional and got to the job immediately. Since a fan needed to be ordered, Mike made sure that I would not be without heat and provided me with a detailed overview of what to needs to be done. Good Plumbing Rocks! These guys were awesome. I had to have a hot water heater replaced during a snowstorm a few weeks ago. I found that the tank was leaking around 9:30am. I called them up and they were out to the house by noon. Took about 2 hours to complete the job. Excellent work and extremely fair pricing. I highly recommend these guys.

Installed the water heater and a sump pump. Both were pretty good installs although the sump pump had some issues and the guy left dirty boot tracks everywhere but when I called the main office they sent him back out to make it right so a tip of the Hat there

Its a shame they only do emergency after hour services for returning customers. Well I guess I wont be a new or returning one.
