jdm installed a water heater in my aunts home about 8 months ago.Last week the water heater stop working. she called JDM to come out and trouble shoot the problem.He came out clean out the burner and left.she called service mark for a second look they red flagged the water heater for high CO2 levels.JDM will no longer return her calls and left her with no hot water for over two week.The heater is under warranty and would not cost him a dime to replace.He is very unprofessionally and we are in the process of getting a lawyer.I would never use this guy if you want someone to stand behind there work!!! IF THERE WAS LESS THEN 1 STAR THIS CLOWN WOULD BE THERE!!!

They do the "bait and switch:" their estimate was hundreds of dollars lower than the other plumbers I had bid the job. Their bill was 3 times (yes 3) the estimate. They brought it down to twice the estimate, but still sleazy. Also, they didnt even turn on the water when they were done to test the pipes they installed. I hope they dont think I am going to pay for the repairs if anything leaks. I will never use them again.

called to have them come out and look at a problem (well what i thought was a problem) with my water valve. they told me exactly what to do over the phone! excellent customer service right there and i will now use them for any pluming concerns i have in the future. nice to see a company do honest business :)

It should be noted that I rarely give a 5 star rating. Josh is professional, moderately priced and recommends the best options. Installed all my toilets plus the plumbing in my bath. Top rated fixtures. Stands behind his work. Will use his services again.
