We used Michall Damion to replace our furnace this winter when it broke. The good news is that they replaced the furnace within two days. When we returned home that night we expected to have heat; the bad news is the house was still cold. We called the office, and Michall came out personally and made the necessary adjustments. They did tell us they needed a particular piece of equipment to attach the air conditioning. Supposedly they installed it the following week. Memorial Day rolls around we put on the air conditioning, and it does not work. (Air conditioner is only several years old). We call the office again. They come to the house to repair to then tell us they need another particular part. We wait over five days in the heat for them to repair. The air conditioner now makes so much noise that it wakes us up at night and is now not working again. After all of this they tried billing us. I would never recommend them for any heating or air conditioning job that you might have. This has been a nightmare.

Absolutely a horrible rip off. After having a brand new system installed the system crashed 9 months later because they failed to install the condensation pump and it flooded my basement. $4000 insurance claim later the system lasted only another 12 months before it failed again. Tech comes out and says the "tx valve" is broken. Being tired of problems I did some research myself, turns out the system doesnt have a Tx Valve. Canceled the appointment to have them repair the unit @ $200 per hour! Found another contractor who fixed the unit for $100! Turns out there were several deficiencies in the install up to and including the installers blocking off half my ducts and covering up a dampener. After all this was pointed out to them they still bill me!!!

I am THRILLED with the service from Michall Daimion, and they have a satisfied NEW customer for life! My air-conditioner wasnt cooling during this last heatwave, and they came promptly within the timeframe we agreed on, and quickly (under an hour total) found the problem - a loose electrical wire outside. Cost was the minimum (including my $20 off coupon too), and their technician even changed my furnace filter with the one I supplied. He explained his trouble-shooting in terms I could understand, and I am so grateful in these tough economic times to find someone so trustworthy, that I know I can rely on for my future heating/cooling needs.

Now this happened a couple years ago so Im late writing this. In my still freshly bought house I had some issues with my outdoor AC unit and some concerns about the duct work in the attic so I called for an evaluation and estimate. Nice office people and the man himself is a great guy very down to earth. He explained the work and gave me an honest no bull price to repair with some options. While I didnt end up using him, I totally would have had I not found other portions of my AC system still under warranty with another company. Once my warranty runs out, and I need a rebuild Id definitely call back.

We used daimion ac service in fall of 15 at the recommendation of a friend and were not disappointed.The techs who came to our house were neat and on time .A senior tech brought a trainee and he went over my entire system most of which is in a small attic The tech was very thorough and explained every thing he looked at and tested and spent a considerable amount of time and never appeared to shortcut any areas. had figured a certain price and was pleasantly surprised when the price was much lower very reasonable particularly in light of their thoroughness all continue to use their service

After a bad experience with a large companys orange trucked smooth but high pressure sales tactics it was such a relief to deal with Michael Daimion, where i got a great HVAC system at $5K less. and James and Paul were an excellent installation team. they explained everything clearly, were courteous and friendly and left our house - dare i say it - even cleaner than when they arrived. i wish i could give them 6 stars!
