if I could give ZERO stars I would because thats whats this poor excuse for a business deserves...the people they send out are either not qualified to be in the field or lie to generate more money for the company. I had stans men come out for a clogged toilet, they did not have the proper equipment on the truck and it took them over an hour to onclug a toilet with a handheld auger. They never took the toilet off to get to the actual clog or snake the line because they do not carry proper equipment. They finally got it to flush but then the next day it backed up again, so they sent out another guy to use a FLIPPING handheld auger, which goes about 4ft into the toilet, I mean are these guys PRIMITIVE? I know and the average person knows what a pipe is and that you need to clear the FLIPPING pipe, he never took the toilet off and never cleared the line. Also my sink just so happened to start leaking the day he started working on the toilet, coincidently??? I mean I dont want to accuse anyone of any wrong doing but I just find it extremely odd when the plumber comes over to work on something and all of a sudden other things start to break. Something fishy there...needless to say a week later I was stuck with a STILL CLOGGED toilet and a BROKEN SINK and they wanted more money, $360 for the sink and additional $177 for the toilet again. What crooks...I had to hire another company to fix the problem and guess what they actually took the toilet off unclothed it and solved the problem, and I havent had any problems, that was 3 months ago. I asked for Stan Perkoski to fix the issue, they never fixed the issue from the gate, broke my sink, refused to fix the issue, and could not MAN up when it was brought to their attention.

Wow - fast service - called this afternoon they were out here by 3:00- issue was a clogged sink in the upstairs bathroom. We tried everything we could on our own to correct this . Just could not do it ourselves. The guys were very friendly, helpful , professional and they got the job done ! We have used this company for a heating issue in the past and had a good experience after having a terrible experience with another company. They came out twice in the same day to resolve an oil leak for us. I of course decided to call them for this plumbing issue. We had another good experience. We will use them again in the future if we have any future issues. oh and they clean up after themselves . Definatly would recommend them. They are by far the most professional reliable company i have had to my home.

Great Service & technology driven, but VERY HIGH PRICES. 2 hours at my house no major parts, just seals/orings, bill was over $675..I helped the tech on the water search, took 10 minutes to cut hole in sheetrock to view, no leaks detected, charged me $ 275.. Do NOT USE unless extreme emergency or be ready to break out the credit card or take out a 2nd mortgage to cover their fees. I waited almost a week and after 3 calls to have a manager call me back to discuss their prices. not very professional there from a svc manager , but it is what it is. Ill never use them again, UNLESS there are no other plumbers in the area.

Bough a garbage disposal from you 2 Years ago per your records, I understand its "Not Under Warranty" anymore however its been ran less then 50 hours. I can tell you for a fact weve barley used it. And now are expecting me to pay in excess of $400 again to put in another. No thanks! Ive read all of your reviews they seem like you treat your customers well although your dispatch fee is $60 for your employee to be at my house for under 10 minutes and I am expected to pay that is ridiculous in my opinion. Update: Owner contacted me and agreed to wave fee.

Thank you sooo much! My mom who is 90, had a backed up toilet and a leak under her kitchen sink. I called late Friday afternoon, and got a response right away. Not only did the gentleman pick up the phone, but I could hear the sympathy in his voice. He promised me someone would be out Saturday morning, and they were! THe fixed both problems, and my mom was pleased, and able to sleep instead of having to wait for a Monday visit!! I am a realtor, and will recommend my clients to you in a heart beat!!! This is in response to previous review. I called Stan perkoski plumbing for replacing an old rusted bathtub. Everyone that my husband and I talked from day one, were very courteous and helpful. The quote we received to get the job done was very reasonable. Two techs arrived on the day of work on time and spent eleven hours on a Friday to get the job done. There was a small incident with the plumbing which was taken care of promptly. Definitely will recommend and use the company if we have plumbing problem. Thanks Stan plumbing.

Tech got the job done but had an attitude, like a chip on his shoulder. When he got here and i started to tell him about the problem, he said just show me where your heater is. He said his schedule was too busy to waste time...very unprofessional While he was waiting for a simple part to arrive, instead of doing their free water heater anode rod inspection, he put stickers on every single plumbing appliance in my basement. Sinks, toilets, clotheswather, heater, pipes, etc Will not recommend. .

I had a preventative maintenance visit and eveything went well. The tech, Jamal, was informative, knowledgable, and communicated well about everything he did. The tech and the company overall was very honest and helpful. He couldnt take proper readings because of the temperature but when I called the office, they took care of it. I signed up for the maintenance plan and hope for a great long term business relationship!

Well done! Great communication. I scheduled an appointment and Joe was here right on time! No rediculous 3 hour window. He sampled my water, called in the results and got me a quote within minutes for a system for MY HOUSE not an Off-the-shelf, hope for the best deal. Guys were here to install right on time. The workmanship was outstanding and thats coming from a stickler for detail. Thank you Stan and Crew!

This company is reprehensible.... my mother hired two idiots to come replace my bath tub they got to my house at 8 am it took them 11 hr to finish. not only that but the disgusting comments that were made by the two men that were here were sexist and demoralizing. And they had to send two other people back because the work wasnt done right. This place is a joke and the people are unprofessional. Never again

Do not use this company! Stay away. Theyll take apart your existing unit and then tell you that its going to cost you more. All this when you dont have a choice since they just took yours apart. If you ask them to put it back together, theyll decline it and leave.
