We are glad we went with Platinum. Kevin came out a gave us a detailed assessment of our plumbing, heating and AC. He also gave us his professional opinion on what needs to be fixed and updated and what we can wait on. This helped us to prioritize and stay within our budget. Highly recommend this company. They came out and replaced our old, inefficient furnace with a new high efficiency one, fixed our main water valve from the street that no longer turned off and added an expansion tank to our hot water heater. Finished all in one day and left the place cleaner then it was. You could tell they take pride in their work and do things the right way. Thanks to Kevin and Andrew!

My A/C went down on a Saturday night I called Platinum and 45 minutes later Andrew was at my house. Very professional and very nice. I have my 87 year old mother in law living with us and the house was 89 degrees ! HE GOT IT UP AND RUNNING in little time . After some troubleshooting we found the best thing was to replace the unit and Andrew and Rich did a great job very CLEAN WORK . I would like people to know that Platinum has real HONEST MECHANICS not salesman they send out to do repairs . I have used Platinum Plumbing on many occasions: 1. They installed a second sink in my kids bathroom with new countertop...Fabulous work! 2. They ran the necessary piping to connect my pool heater to gas 3. When my basement flooded after the Hurricane and the owner promptly came out and replaced my existing sump pump which was not running efficiently. They came back a few days later and installed a water back up pump. They also made sure our hot water heater would start after being under water. FABULOUS company with fare pricing, polite workers that are dressed professionally, and GREAT work. I like your pic on the site Mr. Burger:).

Grinder/ejector pump in my basement went and pit started overflowing on Saturday morning, Labor Day weekend. Called Platinum, left a message with the answering service, and a technician called me back within 15 minutes. A couple hours later the pump was replaced and we were back up and running. Very professional service, technician wore booties in the house and covered all carpeting he had to walk across with tarps. Overall a great experience. Would highly recommend Platinum!

Weve just bought an old house and weve had a few emergency surprises. A/C wasnt working. Water heater leaked, flooding the basement. Also our septic sewer line collapsed, causing a pretty foul backup into the toilets and shower. Every time weve called for help, weve gotten professional service in a timely manner. The staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. We wouldnt hesitate to call them again.

Just had Kevin come out and take a look at our main house drain. We thought we had a clog which was causing the toilets and sinks to drain slowly. Called the office and Kevin was at our house within an hour. More than likely caused by an excess amount of soap going into the drains. I would highly recommend Platinum. Kevin came literally 1/2 an hour after my call. Within 1 hour the problem of my leaking shower was fixed. Unbelievable service. I was also impressed with Kevin attention to cleaning up afterwards.
