I had a very positive first experience with MoreVent. Over the weekend, my A/C unit stopped working. I did some basic troubleshooting myself before realizing it probably makes sense to call a professional. My parents use MoreVent and recommended their services to me. I decided to give them a call. Although the temperatures have been very high and MoreVent is responding to many breakdown calls, they were able to respond and schedule a technician to my house within 48 hours. My technician, James, was extremely friendly and helpful, explained everything in great detail and invited me to observe to repair process and ask questions along the way. I will say that given the proper knowledge and tools, I could have probably completed this repair myself for a fraction of the cost but of course that can be said for any service. Its really about the peace of mind that someone more experienced will likely do a better job and have all the right equipment/tools/experience to do it correctly. Of course you pay for this level of service and the prices, although fairly reasonable, are much higher than if you were to it yourself. While speaking to the technician, I learned about their club membership and have decided to give it a shot. As with any type of insurance program, I have still yet to determine if it will be worth it in the long run but considering the age of my equipment, I foresee them needing more maintenance and repairs over the next few years so hopefully this program will pay for itself.

Really cant ask for a better service experience. Ran into a plumbing issue with our humidifier that escalated beyond something I wanted to tackle; and left me with no running water in the house. Called MoreVent and they were able to schedule someone later that same day. Shawn, the technician, arrived well within the 2 hr time window I was quoted. I explained the situation and we laid out a plan to address it. He was sharp, professional and patient; as the repairs didnt go exactly as initially planned (not due to anything Shawn did/did not do). He worked through it and the finished job was fantastic. Even though the particular part that failed (saddle valve) was not installed by them, as part of the HVAC system MoreVent installed a couple of months ago, they covered all of the repairs under our warranty. There was no out of pocket expense. This just reinforces the positive experience we had through the sales, design, and installation process when we chose MoreVent for replacing our HVAC system.

MoreVents sticker was on the HVAC system of a home I purchased and I called for them to come out and service our unit and give me a quote on a new AC compressor as ours appeared to be on its last legs. I had an appointment scheduled for 11-1 on Wednesday 6/1/16 for which I took off work and made arrangements to be able to be at the home to meet their tech. I received a call at 1:30 on 5/31/16 notifying me that several "preferred" customers had higher priority calls that needed addressing and they would not be able to keep their appointment. I can understand emergency situations taking priority, we did have a pretty warm weekend. However, they did not have the courtesy to give me 24 hours notice, and also decided to have their customer service rep belittle me at the expense of their "preferred" customers. Their sticker will not remain on my HVAC system.

The experience that I had with Eric this morning, as he investigated why the Heat Pump unit was leaking water, was excellent. Eric was extremely professional and effective in finding the problem. The problem was the PVC pipe that discharges condensate was not connected. The unit was inspected in February of this year for the upcoming cooling season and apparently the pipe was not re-connected after flushing it. There is some water damage in the bedroom ceiling below the unit. I feel that if that portion of the ceiling needs to be replaced that MoreVent should help cover the expense. Weve been a MoreVent customer for over ten years with all of our heating and air conditioning equipment covered under a maintenance service contract. Their office is always on top of calling to remind us of the need to schedule annual service, calling with a confirmation a day or two before, and also calling to inform us the technician is on the way the day of service. A few years back we had the entire heating and air conditioning and water heater replaced by MoreVent and the job was done in a neat and timely manner...The technicians are knowledgeable, polite, and on time, whether its a new install or maintenance my wife and I would highly recommend them.

I use MoreVent for my HVAC and have always been satisfied with them. This week I called them for a non urgent plumbing issue and they were able to quickly get me set up with an appointment. Mark arrived, introduced himself, greeted our baby, and asked for information about the problem. He quickly diagnosed the issue, gave advice for avoiding the issue in the future, and got to work. The issue was quickly addressed, and you could tell he took pride in getting it right. While the overall cost was more than I thought it might be originally, my membership helped reduce it. I would absolutely use MoreVent and Mark for plumbing needs again.

Well today my serviceman was Jim Smyers and found him to be down to earth and very pleasant fellow. He is very experienced and made some repairs but it wasnt an absorbadent amount of money. Thank heavens! Anyway he wore his shoe covers which he already had on when he came to my door. I was notified a couple of days ahead for this appointment and also the receptionists were on the ball. They also gave me a heads up by phone when Jim Smyers would arrive. Getting to hte point. lol; They have it all together and I dont guess, I know they are; and I am so glad that I found "MoreVent". The individual MoreVent sent for our annual maintenance service was outstanding. He was thorough, informative, put on shoe covers to protect our carpet, even though it wasnt muddy outside and best of all listened to a problem we have had with lint pellets coming through our vents and suggested a fix with different and less expensive air filters. We had our ducts cleaned previously and that didnt solve our problem. This service person was intent on solving our problem and genuinely cared about doing his job well. We were more than impressed and satisfied with MoreVents service and highly recommend them.

We have been a club member for over 10 years and the annual maintenance has always been performed excellently, no malfunctions at all. This weekend the outside cooling unit (compressor) failed and I called on Monday morning. They scheduled a time around noon and they called back an hour later that someone would be here within 15 minutes. Repair was done quickly and additional service was performed to the unit, all part of the club membership, so no charge at all. I am very impressed with the quick response and the service. Could not have been more satisfied!

Very nice tech named Eric Robinson, was sent to perform maintenance on our air conditioning unit. Even though he had to climb between the rafters in the attic, he graciously made the climb and informed us that we had some mold growing in our unit and in the ducts. He finished up the maintenance and then installed an ultra violet light to stop the growth of the mold. All done in about theee hours Including getting the part. . We took advantage of the early Spring tuneup and then hit the jackpot having Eric come to do the work. We were very very pleased.
