They were very helpful on the phone, but I was a bit hesitant about the place when I got there. However the mechanic took the time to drive and inspect my vehicle in order to confirm the issue before performing any work. Went into detail on the problem (torn CV boot) and possible fixes. Very surprised by their friendliness and honesty after a few poor experiences at other auto repair chains in the area. Dont judge this book by its cover.
