If I could give this location zero stars I would. I made an appointment to come in for an inspection on Thursday. When I arrived I was told that I had called the 800 number when I actually made the appointment with the gentleman at the desk on Tuesday. He was rude to me, and he was rude to the customer who preceded me who was in front oil change. He made us so uncomfortable that the woman sitting next to me left the store. He complained about the amount of work that they had to do and the fact that he only had one inspection specialist. After saying that he could take care of things they came out and said they could actually help me with my issue because I needed to go back to the inspection station where I was originally inspected. The problem with this is I showed him everything when I came in on Tuesday. He wasted my time and he was rude and insulin and I will never go to the store again and I have been using them for everything from tires two inspections to oil changes for years

I have always been extremely pleased with the customer service at the Eagle/Upper Uwchlan STS. Even on the smallest job you are made to feel like your service and satisfaction are genuinely important to them. I have used my experiences there in discussions in my own office as examples of exemplary customer service. I am clearly not the only person who feels this way. While I was there a gentleman drove up and ran in to drop off a bunch of donuts. He wasnt even having service done on his car that morning. He was thanking them for the great service on his previous visit. Thank you for always providing a 5 star visit.

Worst place, dishonest and unprofessional ... I did full synthetic oil change and after just couple of weeks (driving about 800 miles ) I seen sign for low oil and I went to my old oil change guy and he found out there was no oil in engine .. they either fill less oil or gave regular oil and charged for synthetic oil.also my wife went earlier for changing battery and guy made her to replace alternator and charged 500$ Which was not necessary later I found out he did this to couple of other people in neighbour hood when they went to replace battery. Stay away from them...

Worst place for car repair especially air conditioning. I made a payment to fix the A/C issue but it was prematurely fixed, Since then i have made 4 trips to fix the issue. The workers/employees werent professional to communicate the issue rather blaming the vehicle and the system. real disappointment place.

I took our SUV in for an oil change. They drained the transmission fluid and added oil which means the car had twice the oil and no transmission fluid. When I discussed this with the regional manager he said that its a "common and easy mistake to make." I wont be going back.
