I once gave this place a great review because I felt that they did good work and werent trying to rip me off....but that has completely changed. Ever since their service guy Bill C. left it went downhill. The quality of service started slipping and they replaced him with the typical hard sell guy at the front counter that gives you that phony alarmist attitude about how anything with your car is soooo bad (i.e. this is really gonna cost you a lot of your hard earned money!!) We had been taking 3 cars there for several years, but the last (and final) time I will ever set foot in that place they did shoddy work and tried to rip me off for an extra $100 ! They "accidentally" included an extra hundred dollar charge on the bill. Folks, whatever happened to the days when the service station went down each line item to explain the charges on your bill? This place doesnt do it so you dont look too close and they can squeeze a few more dollars out of you. When I questioned it they had no choice but to refund it because it was obviously a double charge. How could they be so sloppy knowing I could barely come up with the money for the $1600 repair. That was all to get my check engine light out. Which, by the way, two months later, comes on and off randomly. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THEY HAVE TURNED INTO CROOKS.

I just went here to get a makeover on my car. I needed brake pads, rotors, light bulbs, and an oil change. I almost fainted when they told me how low the price was for everything I had to get! Aside from the price, the customer service was excellent. I had to leave my car there all day, and they gave me a ride to work. I am female and am usually skeptical of going to auto repair centers by myself, but I had a great experience. I would recommend them to anyone!

This place rocks! I had a punctured tire after work and stopped by to discuss new tires; they stayed open past their close time to go over options and pricing. They even informed me that they would price match competitors. I left, and stopped by when they opened the next day at 7AM - they were able to fit me in, put on new tires all around, and even give me a great price! Highly recommended, you cant go wrong with United Tire!

I have been going to United Tire at this location for probably close to 15 years. They have earned by trust time and time again. Over the years have serviced at least 5 cars in my family. They are great guys, honest, and the the job done! They communicate well, and dont try to get you do have work done that can wait. Highly recommended

I had them perform an engine swap out of my Toyota Sienna. Nothing gets overlooked. I always get great customer service, and excellent workmanship. Very experienced service manager (Steve) and Owner (Harry). Forget those high-priced (Slone, Del, Carousel) dealer service centers. Come here and get the customer service you deserve.
