I needed 2 tires. I got there right when they opened because I had 2 young children with me and waiting can be hard! I was the 1st customer in. I was told itd be an hour. I told them my rear tires needed replaced. The worker came in to ask which tires again, I told him the rear and he said he would check both. I looked in the garage and they were changing the FRONT tires (after being told rear twice). I asked the man at the desk to check. He said the worker must not have even checked because the front tires were in great condition. I later asked to speak to a manager to double check the mans work because I was a bit concerned about the quality of service . He hardly let me finish telling him my concerns. Later I talked to the original desk worker and he told me the manager told the worker to place the new tires on the front when research from the last 10 years showed they need to be in the back. He checked every thing and after 2.5 hours with 2 young children I was finally able to leave. Terrible service, one worker was friendly but I was very disappointed in the service. I will not go back and would never recommend this place to anyone. Pretty sad when the manager doesnt even know whats going on.

After it changed to Mavis (from STS), its gone down hill. They used to do things fast, at least pretended to care, and seemed to have a clue as to what they were doing. Now? Theyll listen to you with a blank expression and might actually write it down. Regardless of what you need done, youll be lucky to get out of there in under 2 hours. I brought in my vehicle for a gear shift lever issue, and their only response was that it is an electronic shifter (ie: they didnt investigate beyond fiddling with the lever itself), to which I investigated on my own, and it is in fact a mechanical linkage. Now, I would only trust them with an oil/fluid change and maybe tires, but dont expect them to finish it in a reasonable amount of time.

WORST SERVICE CENTER EVER. Like the other review said.... RUN away. Took our car there for simple inspection, they called and said it was done and didnt pass. We went there and they said the turn signals didnt work. When I looked at the car THEY BROKE THE TURN SIGNAL LEVER OFF. I am a mechanic by trade (industrial and automotive) and know the car was perfect when we took it there. They refused to acknowledge they did it and we took the car and left. They were damn lucky I had a spare one at home off my old car.

Good prices, good work. BUT since changing a few staff members and going from STS to Mavis Discount Tire, myself and a friend have had our vehicles serviced and the vehicles were left COVERED in mechanics dirt. I understand it will be dirty to do work in the engine bay, but they made no attempt to wipe off the dirt they left covering my bumper. I have never had another garage do this to me before, including this place when it was STS. Overall - Mechanical Work: Great Prices: Good Clean-Up: Awful

Incompetent people who should not even be allowed to work on cars. Had a state inspection done there. Three days later while drive 65mph down the turnpike, I nearly lost my wheel. Three lug nuts were so loose I was able to remove them by hand. When I got home I found out a fourth one was cross-threaded so bad, it took an impact wrench to get it off. Ended up snapping the stud off. Never take your car to these morons unless you want to risk your life.

Very honest employees and manager, Jared is an honest, fair and very knowledgeable person. Great result on car repairs. I gave the above review when STS was at this location. Since Mavis took over, I dont trust the managers there. I go for one thing and all of sudden I need all this other work done. I know many people that have told me the same thing. They are always changing managers, too. Seems no one stays for long.

High prices for a place that has discount in the name. Took 3 hrs to change 2 tires. This place replaced the sts that was here the new people seem like they dont know what they are doing . less friendly and higher prices dont waste your time

The guys got my tires balanced as I needed, but took 2 hrs. Seems a bit much for 4 wheels. I missed an appointment because of this.

In my opinion, STS is VERY VERY VERY expensive!!!! Support your local repair facility. RUN as fast as you can from STS!!!!
