If I could give them no stars, I would. The people working here are very rude and nothing is ever done in a "timely manner". Brian has been very short answered and hanging up on me. If your a female, you WILL get the run around. A job that I was told would take 5 days, is now taking OVER a MONTH. Wonder whos paying for our rental?! If your a female, have a male call them on 3 way and be quiet, cuz that is the only way you wont be pushed to the side and actually be aware of anything. We will NOT be returning with ANY of our vehicles. They just lost very good customers.

My daughter got a flat and had to have her car towed to Diamond town. First of all I was pleased to know that she was treated respectfully by the guys behind the counter. Her tires were due to be replaced so she ended up getting 4 new tires but at a great price. She has one these fast and furious cars and tire size tire is odd but I was really impressed by how quickly they were able to get the tires and get her back one the road. Im very protective of my daughter and its nice to have a place I can trust to send her to without being taken advantage of.

After several failed attempts to find a shop that would install on my car a piece purchased by me I ended up in Diamond Town Tire Pros, they not only did the job I asked in a timely manner, they actually let me go into the working area and take a look at the undercarriage of my car while lifted. The are more than a "quick lube and tire" shop, they know cars and seem to be very upfront and honest and you can tell they have fun doing the job. Will definetely return

Very fast affordable service. Jaime the owner went out of his way to make sure the vehicle was brought in right away and beat everyone elses price for the same tire! great guys! great atmosphere! He also explained while I was waiting they also offer many other services for auto repair and maintenance, I would certainly recommend giving them a try.
