I have had two experiences with 404 Auto Repair; one good and one terrible. Several months ago they repaired a broken serpentine belt bracket -- same day service, called me promptly when it was finished, didnt try to sell me extra stuff, charged a fair price. Five stars. This week I made an appointment for Monday to look at the power steering. Dropped it off Sunday night. Heard nothing Monday. Called Tuesday morning and they promised it would be finished by that evening. Called back at 4:00 pm Tuesday and they still hadnt even looked at it. I *had* to have the car back before Wednesday and they knew that; when I went to pick it up, having had nothing done, the guy at the counter just shrugged his shoulders and said "We got behind." Thats neither an explanation nor an apology -- thats just a restatement of the fact that you are a crummy manager of your staff and resources. One star.

Everyone at 404 Auto Repair was amazing! THey really saved me a lot of trouble and pain when I broke down in the middle of a road trip. Not only did the owner himself come out to take a look at my vehicle, but he was brutally honest about what needed to be done and didnt try to talk me into repairs I didnt need. Not only were they great at getting my car fixed, they even went out of their way to find me a hotel and a taxi that would take my dog, and then went out of their way to get the repairs done as quickly as possible in order to save me money on the hotel stay.

this place is a RIP OFF! dont go there unless you have money to burn, they talk to the Customers Like youre an Idiot that Dont know a Damn thing, they SUCK! they wanted over $900.00 Worth of parts & work to fix my Car, took it to another Place in Denton that said I didnt need all the stuff 404 said I needed, the other Shop Fixed the issue for Less then $200.00, do Yourself a BIG Favor & dont go to 404 Auto Repair.

Coming home from the beach and had car trouble . The owner stopped what he was doing and got me back on the road i. Less then 20 min . Super friendly staff. Clean shop . Couldnt be happier with my experience.
