I am only giving Mr. Tire three stars because every time I make an appointment its like it doesnt even matter and I wait for HOURS. The first time for three hours for an oil change, the second time for two hours for an oil change, and the third time two and half hours for front brakes. All of these times I had appointments. I was only recently told that when you make an appointment online it doesnt always cross over into their appointment book they use. Awesome. Could have used that information three services ago. I also had to call because the sticker they put on my windshield had "conventional" marked off, which is not what my car takes. Luckily, it was a mistake on the sticker and the correct oil was used. I keep going back because they are close and everyone there is always nice. I am just getting increasingly frustrated with the insane wait time for "appointments."

Took me three trips to get tires mounted on my car. First trip, when I dropped my car off in the morning, I returned 20 minutes before closing time to find my car parked exactly where I left it with the old tires still on - even after they had promised me they were "working on it right now." Second trip they got the new tires on - but then I had TPMS error codes. Took it back for the THIRD TRIP and they tell me that I have to now take my car to a dealer to have them check the TPMS error codes that did not exist before Mr. Tires abysmal handling. Avoid this shop at all costs. Even if it means you have to ride a bike to work, itd still be less painful than having Middletowns Mr. Tire smash your expectations to tiny pieces. Corporate needs to take a good long look at this shop. At least John (one shop manager) was an overall good guy.

rip offs had an 8 oclock appointment for an alinment. They didnt get it done till 12 charged 70 dollars for two bolts and only put one in. The sales guy said he gave me a discount from the 2nd quote 240 he quoted after the car was on the lift ( it started at 104.99) After paying my 173.49 alinments bill i asked for old bolts that were replaced, the bring me one old bolt and one new one i paid to have installed. the reason why thet didnt install is (it didnt need it) but they charged for it. beware of this buisness or be willing to pay. this was at the camden store

3/21/16 @ 12:40pm Guy working front desk doesnt say hi or can I help you just looks at me. I asked him if he has time to replace my front tire. He says maybe asks me what size tell him I dont know I tell him its a fleet vehicle he shaking his head no and says hes had 8 fleet vehicles already for the day I said Ill go somewhere else. He said wait I said no. I will call the fleet company and let them know about this place.

I do all my own car work and it takes allot for me to take my car to a shop. Unfortunately Wheel Balancing and Front End Alignment i cant do in my garage. Had a 1pm appointment. Was there on time. Place was busy. Took them about a half hour to get to my car and them another hour to do the work. I am super picky when it comes to my car. The alignment is dead on and I a very happy with their work. Price was good I thought.

Made an appt. for an oil change and they called me the day before and said they couldnt do it because mechanic called out. Ok things happen. Meanwhile I pay 50 bucks a lube and tube outfit.Very next visit. Im the 1st one in line at 715 am to get a tire plugged. Woman tells me to drop it off and theyll get to it sometime in the day. A simple plug takes all day? Never again!!! Once pleased now pissed.

They open at 7:30 but only have one person working? They couldnt plug my tire in 45 minutes? There was only one other customer that entered before me (we both came in as soon as the door was unlocked) and she was only getting an oil change . Whats the point of opening early if you cant help your customers?

I made an appointment for only an oil change and Ive been here for over an hour and a half. My car is just now being pulled into the shop because I asked when it would be ready and told them it hadnt moved from where I parked it. I will NEVER come here again and Ill be sure to let others know.

Honest mistake by the technician caused some confusion towards the end of the normal business day. The staff worked over time to correct it and delivered our car back that same evening. Great customer service!

They over charge for parts 40$ part for 130$, 130$ part for 230$. you can get them for half the price at a local auto part store( same place they get them). But other then that they are fast and do great work.
