On January 21st my car started shaking intensely and was movingly slowly on Kirkwood Hwy. I pulled over into a parking lot. Midas parking lot. I noticed my tire had blown out and I was completely driving on the rim. I was about to put the donut on myself and a friendly staff member offered to help me. The friendly staff member offered to order me new tires and I agreed. I was given a reasonable rate for the tires and was told they would arrive by the next day. There was no way I could make my dentist appointment on time so I canceled and since I was there I decided to get an oil change. While my oil was being changed my tires arrived. That was fast! An inspection of my car was made by a technician and I was informed of the findings. I explained my personal financial hardship and the friendly associate helped me triage the needed repairs in an honest non-domineering manner. The expenses of the tires, oil change, and needed repairs were even placed on an immediately approved Midas credit card with no payments and deferred interest for 6 months. All of my experiences with them have been friendly, professional and courteous. My first experience with this Midas location was for an oil change (which at that time, came with free windshield wipers). I liked that they did not try to up-sell me on any service They did check my car and made some recommendations of work that needed to be done. I took the estimate with me and came back about 2 months later and had them do the work. My car was in really good hands. They completed the work in a timely way, and actually earlier than what they thought. Today I was there for an estimate for my check engine light and having my breaks checked. They were able to diagnose and repair the issues right away. They talked to me and kept me informed the whole way. This is the 3rd time Ive bought my car to them. I am so happy and confident with their service and treatment of me, that I brought my moms car in for a oil change and tire rotation. I would not bring my mom car to anyone that I did not trust. I highly recommend them, and I will continue to go to them for my car needs.

-Easily scheduled an appointment online and received a quick call-back -Very friendly staff -Clear information shared regarding how long the work would take -Honest feedback given on what was needed and what wasnt, which I value greatly -They tell you before doing anything you werent aware of -Work done quickly, and if there is something that requires more time, they let you know before hand - No problems at all, a very good experience at Midas. I will use their services again and I definitely recommend them.

Everyone is nice and helpful,feels like i have a brand new car when they fix something or do maintenance on my car, very knowledgeable. Literally had to take my car in for something completely different from what i brought it in for the week prior.. They were able to assist me in a timely matter and are just the nicest guys. Upon my arrival, I was greeted with warm friendly smiles and the smell of freshly brewed coffee permeated the air;which made me smile. As a first time customer, I was so surprised that the team at Midas treated me like royalty. All I can say is excellent customer service!!!! I felt at ease knowing that my car was in great hands! I went in because of a flat tire and was being helped with in the first 30 seconds of entering the shop. The staff was very helpful and quick in helping with sealing my tire and they didnt even charge! Loved hearing that news as a college student with limited funds. I was in and out with in 20 minutes. Will be going back again for all of my car issues
