This is by far NOT the best place to go. The reviews are creating a false image. I took my car to get an oil change, something my husband could easily do but for convenience sake, decided to try this place based off the reviews it got. I booked an appointment online, called to ask if I could change the time, which I was told was fine. I told the woman on the phone that I had noted synthetic in the notes, but I thought high mileage oil would be better for my car. (Online pricing was full synthetic $70, high mileage $55, basic $20 special So she said changed it.. My husband took my car in, and they told him it was 97$!! He told them he wanted high mileage, which they tried telling him it would be the same price...??? Once the car was done, he noticed the sticker said the oil needed to be changed after 3k miles, which he paid 97$ for, which is what a basic oil change requires, so he had to turn around, speak to the owner and was reimbursed so we ended up paying 65$ but we still have to get the oil changed in 3k.. Doesnt make sense to me as last time I had it done professionally was at STS with full synthetic, was $75 and it lasts 5k miles. I basically just wasted money and blew 65$ on a simple oil change my husband could have done for less than half that price. I wont be going back!

My brakes had been squeaking for a couple weeks and I decided it was time to bite the bullet and get new ones. I took it to this Meineke and told them to go ahead with the brake repair. I was very ready to spend $400+ dollars on getting the brakes done and was just hoping I hadnt grooved or warped my rotors. I was pleasantly surprised when the nice lady working the desk told me that they hadnt found anything wrong with my brakes and they suspected the squeaking was just a hard spot on the pad (and it would go away after a while). They said my brakes had over half their life left and that I dont owe them anything. Ill go back there with any car issue for my entire family. Ive told everyone at my work about it (those guys drive a lot) and I will tell anyone I meet what a great experience I had. I really appreciate their integrity in a business where you rarely know if you are getting hosed. I hope this review helps make them get a lot of business. This is the type of business I really want to see succeed. I know they just made a customer for life.

I dont usually review places, but after this morning I had to post one just to say how fantastic this Meineke is. Ive been going here to have my car taken care of since I first bought it three years ago, and their customer service and quality of work has been flawless. Theyve been quick, competent, and kind, consistently. Last night I had a minor incident with my tire and they fixed it up for me this morning in about three minutes with no fuss and were incredibly nice about the whole thing, which was such a relief to me because I need my car for work and school and couldnt afford a new tire. I really cant say enough about how fantastic these guys are. Ive never once taken my car to the dealership; I take it here every time and theyve always dealt with me honestly and fairly. If I were to move out of the area I would drive out of my way just to keep coming back here. Only place I would trust with my vehicle.

We just moved in from Arizona and decided to stop on in for the PA inspection and these guys were the best. They were very helpful, very informative, honest and very timely. They also treated my young son very well while he was there. I was very please with their work. I will take my vehicle back to them for future work. I would highly recommend these mechanics to my family!

I have been going here for years for oil changes and car inspections. Honest, Friendly, and helpful. Dan, Todd and Sam (Ms.) will always take good care of you! Free WiFi also so I work on my laptop while I wait. New rewards program now at Meineke also plus it tracks all your repair history. They just did lobby renovations and now have free coffee and nice new rest room!

I went in the location ready to purchase breaks and new tires for my SUV. They actaully would not complete the repairs becuase my car was just not ready for either. They told me I had at least another 5-6 months on both. Since then I have given this location out to friends for reference and they have all been greatful becasue of the service they have recieved.

Ive been going to this shop for many years. The best testament I can give you is that my last car made it to 372,000 miles before I even thought of replacing it. My supercharged Bonneville before it made 268,000. They have always been accommodating and provided excellent service at a value price. Zero complaints.

Every time I have something wrong with either of my cars or need an oil change, I always go to Meineke. They are quick, professional, fair and honest--you cant ask for more in an auto repair shop. I wholeheartedly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great place to get their car fixed!

Moved to the area recently and have contacted every other shop in a 5 mile radius for oil changes. These people are the nicest by far, always make time for you, and have competitive pricing. Im so happy I live near the shop and can just drop my car off. Dont waste your time looking elsewhere.

Great place. Very Honest. Above all they were open to work within my budget but give me the best deal. The mechanic was super nice; i went in there thinking i needed my tires changed but they told me they were fine and could be used longer. Would definetly use them again, They are great!!

As usual my car was taken care of promptly, when I went to pick it up the next day they noticed the passenger side tire was completely flat. I was not charged for them looking over why it was flat. Great group of guys. And Sarah at the front is always pleasant.

I liked nothing they tried to charge me 1014 to replace my exhaust pipe with resonator only. Really Ive heard of overcharging but this really tops the list
