Im very disappointed in the service at this establishment. My car(2013 nissan altima) was at another establishment that stated my vehicle needed some transmission work. I contacted lee myles as they were what was close. I spoke with Jim and he was confident that he would check my vehicle and give me an estimate and free towing. After he received my vehicle and checked it he called with a diagnosis of a valve pressure problem. He quoted me 1,060 to replace and fix. I was anxious to get my car back so i obliged. After 2 days he called to notify me that it seems to be more than just a valve pressure problem and the mesh belt inside of transmission needed to be replaced. This would cost another 1600. I felt stuck at this point cause i need my vehicle for work purposes. So i had no other choice but to have my vehicle taken to the dealer and let them handle it (which i know is going to be another few thousand dollars). Once i went to pay for the work they did i asked for an itemized receipt. To my dismay i found out that no parts were replaced that ALL 1,060 WAS LABOR. Nothing else. No parts or anything. I will never recommend or place any vehicle here EVER AGAIN!!

Honesty is an important quality in a mechanic. We brought our vehicle here for state inspection. They called and said the exhaust pipe was rusted off the muffler and they HAD to replace both pieces to fix it... Which would be about $660 including the inspection. And if we told them right away to fix it (AKA please dont research this) they could finish the work same day. I went and looked at the break myself. It was the joint in 2 pipes rusted. Maybe the only way THEY could fix it was to order new parts and replace them. Fine. But tell me that! Say "it will cost us $660 to fix this because we cant weld or bend pipe but if you bring this to an exhaust place they should be able to replace this little pipe piece very cheap." They didnt say anything like that. I took the car to a local exhaust place and they fixed it for $60. I get very angry when places do stuff like this because Im not a car expert and I need to able to trust my mechanic. We will never spend a single penny here again even if we get a flat tire right in front of their shop.

I tried o get m oil change today. I arrived at 1130 and was told to come back Monday because they were closing at noon. Really?? You advertise 15inute oil changes, no one was in the bay and you turn away a customer 30 minutes before closing? I will never come back to this establishment.

Great friendly staff. Went to another shop they tried to sell me a transmission. Then the folks at Lee Myles Exeter found no problem with the transmission. But the brakes were locking up. They saved me a transmission. They have my trust now.
