The team at East End always take great care of my cars. Most recently they have been working on my almost 20 year old Nissan 300zx Twin Turbo. They always provide excellent service, have very experienced mechanics, and are very good at diagnosing problems. The inspection process by far the best Ive experienced, they provide a detailed report with pictures via email. I love how they provide updates and quotes via email/text (being able to approve work to my car right from my phone after reading a detailed quote is awesome). Ryan an his team have been taking care of my cars for years. Thanks guys for the great work!

Recently took 3 of our vehicles to them for a variety of service needs. Tony and I practically became best friends as we talked so much on the phone :-) Super courteous and up front about the work needed. Worked with me on what repairs are needed now and which ones could be pushed until later. Very thorough and detailed in their inspections and reports. Prices were reasonable. I double-checked some of the quotes they gave me for tires, and they pretty much matched what I would get from the big online sites. All in all, Ive had great experiences with them and will definitely go back.

I have never received such great customer service before...The staff was extremely helpful, respectful, and very friendly. They went out of their way to meet my needs and took the time to explain to me everything that was going on with my car. I have had a lot of bad experiences with mechanics, especially with service providers trying to take advantage/rip me off. I had the exact opposite experience at East End Automotive Service....I felt as if they actually cared. They did great work on my car and returned it to me very fast. I highly recommend East End Automotive Service.

Excellent service all around! Tony and Meg were so friendly that they felt like old friends. I had them perform my inspection and when finished they texted me a report detailing each item with notes and pictures. Tony then reviewed the results with me and made recommendations as to what should be done now and what could hold off for a little while to help me with my budget. I highly recommend East End Auto for their superior service.

I just had my car at East End Auto and has a lot of work done. I like how they check over your whole car and gives you a list of things that they suggest you do and a list of things that need to be done. They are the most honest garage I have ever dealt with. Tony is great to deal with and keeps you updated on what they are doing to your car. I would recommend this garage to everyone . I even have my kids take there cars there.

We use East End Auto for ALL our automotive needs!!! We have 3 vehicles - including a 20+ year old Minnie Winnie - and Ryan keeps them all running like tops!!! The service is fast and reliable and we know we can always count on them to do the work right and for a fair and honest price!! What a wonderful experience. Tony, the service advisor, was fantastic! He talked me through everything that I needed for my inspection, which ultimately caused me to need new brakes, but they were able to get everything done within the day. Super wonderful support, customer service and great prices would definitely recommend to everyone.
