Hillbilly Redneck

Excellent service! The managers Mike and Jason are very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I had a couple of issues with my car but they took the time to explain and show me what is safety and important and what I could wait until I had the money. They could have pushed a lot more but they were up front and honest with me on what I needed. The mechanics are awesome and very competent. I love their warranties free brake pads for the life of the car really helps since I had to get brakes this time.... I highly recommend you take your car here!

I would like to commend , Mike and staff at the Thorndale Midas repair shop. whatever problem we go to them for they always they are always knowledgeable, courteous and extremely helpful. They always tell us what the problem is and any options we have before they do any work including cost. We are very particular about our vehicles and always feel comfortable taking them there for repairs. I want to thank them for excellent customer service. BEWARE!! They WILL try to rip you off!! Took my car in for inspection and they ended up racking up over $1600 for repairs that ranged from broken motor mounts to rotors. Needless to say, all of these "broken" or "bad" parts were never broken. My car simply needed a new tire to pass insppection, which they quoted me almost $200 for ONE tire. They are NOT trustworthy I suggest you take your car elsewhere.

Excellent customer service and automotive knowledge. The mechanics were very courteous and careven about my car. Jason and Mike are really friendly, and Jason took the time to take me to my car to show me what was wrong. He showed me what was important and what I am going to have to do in the near future. I havent been to a automotive place like this one! I Tustin them 100% with my car.

After using multiple shops for service/repairs, this is the only one I keep coming back to. The guys there are up front and honest; in addition to knowing what they are doing. I dont take my cars anywhere else. Awesome team there!

Weve taken a couple cars here and so far so good. It does take a while to get the car back but a busy store is not a bad sign, No BS: They make some reccomendations but they have all seemed fair. and appropriate.

I dont see the point of making an appointment- if you do it still takes the entire day to complete a simple inspection even if there are no repairs to complete.
