What terrible service! We were on our way home to Ohio from Connecticut. We had to cut our trip short due to the hurricane. Near Dickson City PA we got a flat tire. We went looking for a place that could replace the tire so that we could still make it home that night. It was 5:30 p.m. when we walked into Firestone. We explained the situation and asked very nicely if they could help us. We heard the one guy call into the other guy, "You want to do two more tires?" (We were looking to replace both rear tires). The other guy said, "Its up to you." The first guy turned to us and said, "Sorry we cant the machinery is shut down." - Clearly a lie, he just didnt want to do it. The store wasnt even closed yet! We went across the parking lot to Sears. Even thought he door was locked the Sears guy let us in and replaced our two tires. We were on our way within a half hour. THANK YOU SEARS! Firestone - you can keep your overpriced tires. I will never go to another one of your stores again!

I went to firestone as soon as I moved here. I had already had an inspection a few weeks before in NC, b/c my inspection expired before my move in date. 2 weeks after my brakes were declared to be in good condition the first time, firestone tells me the brake pads are barely there. I ask the man in charge if I shop around for someone to do the work and come back if he has to charge the full 91 dollars they were charging me for inspection a second time just to check the brakes. He says no, it would be free. I would just pay a dollar or two for the sticker. When I came back with new brake pads (which were an entire 300 less than they gave me an estimate for), they tell me I have to pay the full price again. Perhaps its because Im a woman who obviously knows little about cars and cant fix it herself or b/c I look like I just got my license, either way they clearly thought they could take advantage of me. I will not go back.

Staff was hesitant to come ask my girlfriend and I if we needed help then once being helped out we were basically informed that the tires we had brought to be installed it was not allowed to be installed due to policy. Completely understandable, but then the sales associate just walked away. I was not given any other options, so I just left. Completely confused and unsure as to why I would ever want to go back there again. Other then the cons, the inside of the shop had a very modern layout, nice little waiting lounge for when your car was being worked on. Location is great, easy to find and parking wasnt challenging other then some light confusion with the garage bay door location. Would not return here because Im not sure exactly what services they offer, to be honest, Im not even sure if they sell tires cause it wasnt even offered to me.

I recently was at this location getting an oil change and inspection; I was told that I would need three tires and to replace the windshield washer to pass inspection. They tried to charge me over 100 dollars a tire, I declined and got a second opinion. It turned out that I only needed two tires, they lied to me about the one failing. I explained about the windshield that I did not have fluid in it so obviously it would not work. They told me they did put fluid in as a curteousy and that it must be frozen; clearly they did not check because when I got in my car it worked immediately. I advised them I was going to get tires else where and then told me I would need to pay 10 more dollars to re-inspect my car. This they did waive; but still lied about my tire and did not check my windshield washer.

I have been taking my car here for years, and my experience this week was excellent, as in the past. I asked for several things to be checked and done. Everything was accomplished more quickly and efficiently than I was anticipating. I especially appreciate their friendliness, honesty, and the fact that they didnt "try to make a sale" when one wasnt needed, explaining the facts to me. All prices were explained and very reasonable! I know that my car is safer to drive because of the care I received. I have recommended Firestone to several friends and relatives, and have actually taken two there to have work done on their cars. I am a "person" there, not just a customer! Thank you, Firestone!

On the Way home with my son from college we had a blowout on rear left tire called ahead to Firestone they were Excellent !! Changed tire for me and stored Spare doughnutin proper place. sorry Chevy doesnt provide real spare tires.. all set in 30 mins absolutely the best service !! WAY TO GO
