Weve been going to United Tire (previously Downingtown Tire) for over 10 years and even though we moved from Downingtown, we still come back here for service. The people here are honest and fair and always go above and beyond in service. Not only do they take great care of our vehicles but they have helped us fill bike tires when we experienced a flat out on a ride through town, provided me with a cell charger while I waited for service, and offered comforts in their waiting area while Im there with my small children. The guys here are wonderful and Im happy to do the drive to Downingtown for their service!

I had the pleasure of being helped by Alan who provided above and beyond service. I needed a ton of work done on my car for inspection and had been debating whether it was worth fixing or if I should be looking for a new one. Alan gave excellent, unbiased advice and answered all of my questions (I do not know much about cars myself). I decided to keep the car and get the repairs done which all came at a more than fair and much appreciated price. I definitely will continue using United Tire in the future!

Overall, I was disappointed with the service when I recently had my tires replaced here. They were relatively friendly, and I did not think that they tried to gouge me with their prices, but I did not get any impression that they cared about me as a customer or that I got a great deal. Getting tires aligned after replacement was an upcharge as well, unlike some other tire companies. Because they werent jerks, Im still giving them three stars, but I wont go back.

Allan was terrific. He got my truck into the shop for an emergency repair as we were 600 miles away from home. They contacted our warranty company and got the work done within 2 hours. Excellent service and friendly employees! Wish we had united tire of Downingtown in South Carolina!
