What can I say about Al and Brandywine Auto Repair other than I dont know what I would do without them! Al has saved me so many times I cannot count. He is always offerring to pick me up or drop me off so that I can get to work while he works on my car. His rates are so affordable that I will NEVER go anywhere else again. I finally had to write a review after I had a terrible experience with a tow truck and my insurance. Al had his guy come and tow me and save me the cost of the police impounding my car and then made sure I had a way home to my family. Car repairs never happen at a convenient time or in a convenient manner and I know I can always call Al in a frantic panic and he will first calm me down and then remedy the situation withouth robbing me blind :-) I could go on and on and could not say enough to show how grateful I am to have found him !

Al is probably one of the kindest people I have come across in a while. He towed my car which broke down 10 min away from my apartment. They also came to me to pick up the keys and offered me a ride to get my car. Being the daughter of a towing company / auto shop owner it means a lot that Brandywine auto goes above and beyond for their customers. My car which needed a part replaced was done in ONE day at a reasonable price and of course great and friendly service. I will definitely (but hopefully not soon) be returning and recommend brandy wine auto to anyone who needs good quality reliable work done to their car. Thanks for everything !

I took my car to Al when I needed a second opinion after making the mistake of going to Meineke in West Chester for my state inspection and they totally jacked up the price! They told me I needed new rotors and front ball joint and were going to charge $133 for a diagnostic smoke test. They said I needed $1,500 worth of work done. I took my car to Al for a second opinion and he said all I needed were 3 new tires. He is an honest man and a GREAT mechanic. Do NOT go to Meineke or any other chain mechanic. I am taking my car to Al from now on and telling all my friends and family. Thanks Al!!

Repairs are done the correct way. The problem is correctly diagnosed and only the necessary parts are replaced. This service facility is run by a highly skilled and very competent multitalented service technician. I have never been oversold on any repair work that has been performed at Brandywine auto. They have always been also very accommodating and flexible around scheduling appointments. This level of service is hard to find these days. Hopefully this place will be in business for a long time.

Al is such a great person. He tells you how it is and doesnt overcharge you like other places would. He and his team of helpers are very flexible and will drive you home and pick you up when the job is done. He helped us when we were in an accident and made every effort to get the job done as soon as possible so we could drive our own car again. I recommend him to anyone who wants an honest and passionate person working on their car. He has been a blessing to us.

I went to brandywine auto repair to have my car inspected and it was very fast and wasa decent price..My inspection expires in march and I will be going back to Brandywine auto repair to have it inspected and tagged again..I have told many of my friends about them and they reply the same way by telling me that BAR has great quality work and decently priced..

Al is fantastic, honest and a just a great person. I brought a kid over to Al, whos car had overheated and needed a new thermostat. Al did the work on the spot and was unimaginably gracious to a person he had never met. Al is practical, does great work and turns cars around quickly. Weve taken our cars to him for 10 years.

I took my car to Al after getting a $1500 estimate for parts and labor to pass inspection at another shop in WC. Al came up with a creative (and safe) work around which only cost a little over $600 including paying him to do the inspection, again.

Its a rare treasure to find a trustworthy mechanic. A Toyota dealer wanted to replace my Prius custom starter battery for an insane amount. These guys saved me about 50% of the bill. My girlfriend and I are 2 for 2 with Brandywine. Go there!
