Well first off I used to think this place was great but just recently I had a major problem with this place that changed everything. It all started about 3 weeks ago when I brought my car I to get diagnosed about a sound the car was making going around a turn, so they diagnosed it and told me it was the passenger hub bearing unit that had play in it which was causing the sound, so I fixed it myself but before I fixed it I verified that I was bad and then installed a new one, then verified that the play was gone. I drove the car after and the problem was still there, the car was making the same exact sound so they diagnosed my car wrong but I wasnt to upset about it I was just whatever so I called them back told them the story and they wouldnt schedule me an appointment, the guy I spoke to said I could drop it off in the morning but they probably wouldnt get to it so I said ok how about the next day and he said "drop it off in the morning if you want and we will try to get 2 it" I tried explaining to the guy that this was my only car and I had class from 6:30am till 12:30PM so the earliest I would be able to drop it off was 1:30PM which was never a problem the 3 other times I brought my car to them and he said theres nothing we can do then so I said ok Ill get back to you. Later that day I decided instead of calling back and dealing with the same guy Ill just submit an appointment request online on there website for next week and hopefully I will get another guy the same guy Ive dealt with 3 other times before to schedule an appointment over the phone, so I scheduled it for Tuesday for next week which was a week and 1 day in and even scheduled a back up date if that was available and they never got back to me, I never got a email back about confirming the appointment and NEVER got a phone call confirming the appointment which the website says that they will contact you shortly to confirm the appointment before its an actual appointment in the system but they never did. So you know what they dont need my business there are a lot of other places I can go to get the same service so thats what I will do, I will go elsewhere and I recommend everyone else to do the same. In my opinion since they misdiagnosed my vehicle the 1st time and its there fault that I had to schedule another appointment to get my vehicle rechecked to find the real problem on my car, I should have been moved up the list and they should have checked my car that day or the 2nd day even if they had to stay late because it was on them that I had to come back but I was willing to give them a 2nd chance but they blew that one by not contacting me about my appointment request.

These guys are the best! Fair, honest and excellent service. They can always fit you in for service in a day or two. When my wife came in with a nail in her tire, they pulled it, confirmed no leak and sent her on her way for $0. My father and law and I take our fast/modified cars here and their techs NEVER drive them hard or fast. I recommend them to everyone I know for any make/model.

Like the other reviewers, I have nothing but positive things to say about this car shop. I have been taking my Mazda here for about 5 years. Their prices are right around average with the rest of Chester County (not the cheapest and not the most expensive). However, I trust them with my car and trust the work their technicians do. A good family business!

This family owned and operated shop is honest, caring, respectful, and timely. I cant even pop the hood on my car so when I bring the car to a mechanic it is easy to fool me. I have taken my car to other places and the work those other places recommended, my car actually didnt need. I only bring my cars here now and cant recommend them highly enough!

Exton Tire is the only place Id trust with my car. Theyre fair, honest, and genuinely nice guys. Del Toyota lied to me about a wheel that was bent and wanted to charge me $300 to replace it. The guys at Exton Tire took a hammer to it and rounded it out for $13. Ive driven 75,000 miles on that wheel with no issues. Unbelievably awesome!

I love them! I recently had a bad experience with a different auto shop that tried to charge me $600+ to fix something. I had a feeling nothing was truly wrong with my car, so I brought my car to Exton Tire for a second opinion. My car was fine, and they saved me a lot of money. I will definitely be bringing my car back!

Worst place EVER. They overcharge things and are super SLOW (4 days and they still havent looked at my car). I will never bring my car there ever again
