I went to Lube Depot in Smyrna De back in December 2010 and purchase a part there it was over $500. They told me to come back in 3 or 4 days to check for leaks. So I did and there was no leaks found and I went on my way. May 2011 I notice something leaking through the part that I bought back in December so I took it back and they told me that the part only had a 90 day warranty on it and told me that I have to get the same new part which will cost over $ 500. I am not going to Lube Depot or AutoZone anymore because they told me that’s where they got the part at. I went to another place and they are going to give a 2 year warranty for the same part brand new part. So I am going to give them my business for now on. I go to Mid Del in Smyrna now. Great mechanics and reasonable price never been rip by them. Cliff is a great person and know his cars.

My check engine light came on and I took my car in to lube depot. They told me they needed to get the parts from the dealer. They call me the next day and said that parts and labor would cost $923.00. I stopped by the shop and ask for a printout of what was need. I went home and call two different dealers to price the parts. Lube Depot overcharged me $263.00 for the parts. I went back and told them I no longer needed their service because of the dishonesty. The guy at the counter said they needed to keep the shop running. My advice, be careful they may seem to have a reasonable labor charge but overpriced the parts to disguise more profits.

I went to Lube Depot for all my car servicing needs while living in Delaware. I thought they gave me special treatment until I realized thats how the treat everybody, like VIP and we are. The auto technicians are really informative. Josiah is awesome and guided me each step of the way each time. They worked with my budget, made sure my car was always safe to drive and I knew once they fixed a problem I would not have further repair. I miss you guys! When I get rich I will be having you travel to Haiti to service all my vehicles even if its a simple oil change.

One of the few places I still trust locally to do work on my car. Brought my car in just to have the tires rotated but they alerted me to several problems that were actually true about the car. I work on cars myself and new exactly about the problems but didnt mention them. It was nice to see that they pointed it out free of charge. They actually do inspect your car while doing minor services. Their labor prices for installs may be a bit but considering the dealer charges 90 an hour I dont think its a exactly unfair.

I usually change the in my car myself . I need not want to deal with the disposal and cost of doing this myself so I went to lube depot . I figured it would cost me about double the price of doing it myself and did not want to deal with the up sale of services. I dealt with Joshia . He did not try to upsale me on any products. He explained what they had to offer and accepted my input as to what I needed . Joshia put me in a service that was budget friendly and covered what I needed.. world class customer service

Two days in a row Lube Depot saved my day. 2 days ago getting ready to leave for work had a tire going down. First stopped at Mr Tire, they blew me off, (which ended up being a good thing). Next tried Lube Depot, they took me in right away, fixed the tire while I waited, and got me on my way. Then Yesterday, wife had a tire issue. This time I went straight to Lube Depot and again they took us right in and fixed the issue and we had a chance to get the oil & filter changed. Great company, a definite recommend!!!

Ive been bringing my car and truck here for several years for basic maintenance from oil changes to brakes. They have always been more than helpful in accommodating my needs at a reasonable price within a reasonable time frame. The person who works on my vehicles always comes out and says hi, which I think is pretty cool.

very expensive and they deal with you assuming that you are stupid who dont know anything about cars. they will say anything to convince you that you need to pay or your car will be break down. also if you change oil make sure the checked the other fluids because they say they did but they usually dont. just be careful

GOOD WORK, FRIENDLY SERVICE, GREAT PRICES....When I take my car in for servicing, there is always a helpful person at the desk. I have my car serviced and it is done quickly and the cost is reasonable. I like that the car is never messy when it is returned to me. Thanks for the great service!!!!!

Outrageous pricing. Priced a brake job at almost twice what Meineke wanted. Two calipers and two rubber brake lines. Quoted $170 on phone, got there was told "Oh thats just for the calipers, its $240 with the hoses." What the hell are these people smoking....Stay away from these scammers.

The employees at Lube Depot and Repair care about their customers. They are there for you 7 days a week. ASE certified technicians. Clean waiting area. Free coffee. Friendly service consultants. This is the only place I take my vehicle.

Expensive but worth the work ! Excellent service and repairs Took my 2015 civic si to get the suspension lowered by installing springs on my factory shocks and they were able to do this easily! Thanks lube depo
