do not go for a diagnostic. they will tell you is one thing and it seems like its just going to beone thing after another. I made an appointment and they had told me it was one thing I fixed it it with them which if I did I think its not fair that they charge you for a diagnostic $100 and then labor fees to fix the car. But anyway I ended up fixing the car for about $400 and took the car and I still have the same problem call them to let them know and they said they would rescan the car to see why it still doing the same thingand didnt even call me after a few hours I decided to call and they said theres a few possible things that might be wrong but in order to keep looking at it they would have to charge a couple of hours extra to get into the motor which they said was five or six hundred dollars and maybe even more since they werent 100% sure if that was the real problem so here I am $400 shorter in my car still has the same issue and they did nothing to fix it but the only money. I do not recommend this place!!!!!!

My experience since 2008 in regards to the Service Department has been nothing less than exceptional. This is entirely due to the service and professionalism of "Nicole" at the service desk and "Craig" who I always insist on being my service Tech. I do not know their last names nor do I know them personally. It is due to them that I continue to take my 07 Silverado and my 71 C10 to your dealership for service. I am also considering the purchase of a new Tahoe and due to my experience with your service department Tom Hessers is at the top of the list of dealerships I will be shopping at. I was going to write a letter this week to commend the service I received (again) but, thank you for the opportunity to show my satisfaction here.

I spoke with NICOLE in the service dept. of TOM HESSER and received a quick appointment time. My car went to Hessers first thing that morning and was returned to me after repairs were made. The service staff assured me that all of my concerns were addressed and dealt with. They were pleasant and friendly and discussed the service that was provided in a language that I (an elderly lady) could understand. They did a state inspection and the technician did repairs that were necessary. He addressed and dealt with my concerns. As a senior citizen (and a female) I rely on their expertise in these matters. The car runs perectly again.

Ive been dealing with Tom Hesser Service Dept for the past 10 years and always walk away totally satisfied. Hesser has a large service dept. yet they take the time to work with you on a personal basis. From scheduling to delivery of the vehicle, the members of the service dept are very professional, yet personable and always take the time to answer any questions I might have. One of the main reasons I have is that I can call for an oil change and usually can get in within 1 day, sometimes even the same day. Theres no two or three week wait. They do a great job and I will continue to get my truck serviced at Hessers.

There is a gentleman named kevin and another one named dave who work in the mechanic department and maintenance department they stole my air filter and told me my car was brought to them like that.snipped wires in my shifter so it wouldnt grab gears.and stole tools and an air pump from my trunk and a dash cam. I trusted these people im a single mom of a 5 month old baby and they took advantage of me.when confronted with my issues they cursed at me and tried to intimidate me. Even refusing to give me my car keys.think twice before you bring your car to this dealer ship

Bought a used VW from them 2 years ago, there was a dent under the rear door was told the owner hit a curb. Being under the door and the price seamed fair. we didnt care, now we went to trade it in on another car and was told that dent is classified as frame damage, if we knew that we would never have bought the car, plus other body work was performed which we were told only damage was the dent we saw, would never buy another care from this dealer and telling all friends to stay away from them, crooks in my mind...if I could I wouldnt even give 1 star

I have typed this response three times now. The bottom line all the way around from sales to services to finances depts. I have had not one problem with any of them! This is a great crew of people and I wouldnt go anywhere else. You have your doctor, your dentist your bank and now you will have your dealership. Very happy!

The service is excellent. Nicole and Tammy go out of their way to help you. My son dropped a gold chain down my truck vent and in 10 minutes their service department had it out. No charge :-) They are really customer service focused.
