I went to this location because I had a tire that needed a plug before I went on vacation.They plugged it and When I came back from vacation took notice tire was flat after a week So I took it back to this place and Rafael the manage asked me what I needed so I told him I was here on Saturday or Sunday could not remember what day exactly and he said very cocky" could not be Sunday we are closed then." I use to get all my oil changes here for the last 10 years and I stopped going here since Rafael took over as manager because of his lack of customer service and almost feeling like you are bothering him this just verified why I stopped going there. I will never go there again EVER!! Do yourself a favor and go and pay a dealer to work on you car/truck just because of better customer service. Very disgruntled. Plus they he did tell me they screwed it up originally and the only positive was he got me a new tire but not after I had to act like a lunatic. I should not have had to get this stressed over a tire to get it fixed.

Each time I call for an appointment, I am promptly given one and offered a time more convenient to my shopping schedule. The times that I have "expected" to have my oil changed or a tire fixed while I shop, I have just walked in and they have provided excellent service. If they are swamped with work and my car would no be able to receive complete service, I was honestly told and an appointment would be scheduled for me for the next day. Rafael is my go to for anything that I have mechanical questions about and has gone above and beyond to get my cars back on the road in safe condition. I use to change my own oil, but the guys there do it so quickly, I can use my time more efficiently. I can always count on Rafael to be honest with me about my cars needs and I do not feel I have ever overpaid when I have compared costs elsewhere. The other guys on Rafaels team are also courteous and helpful when I am there or when I call.

It is not so much that the 3 overweight grease jockeys were sitting around watching tv, but the service manager never greeted me nor acknowledged my existence while I waited for my turn. After supplying the customer ahead of my with an overpriced battery, he walked right past me to see why bubba #1 was not working on the only car in the bay. Turns out Bubba could not find the right oil filter. Service manager went into bay and pulled the filter off the shelf while the bubbas all looked on with amazement at how he could have located the right filter among all the others. Finally he got to me and asked what I needed. I need to go, now, I said and left. My car deserves better.

If I could give no stars I would have done so. Stopped by to purchase 4 tires for my car. I told the person (named GUY) what I wanted and he told me he CAN NOT put non-run flat tires on my car since they came with run flats. Who trains these morons? I later left the Walnutport K-Mart and drove to Jack Williams in Whitehall only to find out that this same person (GUY) worked at the Whitehall Sears before and was transferred to Walnutport due to his lack of knowledge. SO avoid this place if possible. My daughter when she was 14 had more knowledge of automobiles than this man.

I was charged for a valve kit and its installation when I had my tires installed. I did not authorize that work. Was told "Sorry youre not satisfied" and that was it. I have been at this center five times over the years and this had never happened before. Its like having the regular cashiers add candy bars and gum to everyones order. I will NEVER return to this location for automotive work. Dont sell me what I dont need and ask before adding items. Bad Management.

Absolutely horrible experience. Went there 3 times to get a simple oil change and each time I was told "cant do it, sorry. Come back later" and each time I did, it was the same thing. He didnt have a problem doing a young ladys oil change while I was there though. Customer service is atrocious, especially the guy at the front desk. Extremely rude and confrontational. Would never recommend to anyone.

Due to the location of this center, Ive done business with them numerous times (location location location!). Well, NO MORE!!! I vow that I will never go to these incompetent people again. The service is terrible and the prices are inflated. FYI... every time you buy tires for any car it will need an alignment according to the expert technician (scam).

The auto center is one of the most reliable in the area people dont realize that if they come in at 5 pm for service and their is one tech working and we have an apointment or two in front of them the chances to get to them are small especially if they dont want to make an appt.

New management and staff that know what their doing and how to do it and on average a much lower wait time than most other shops, plus no bs and only try to sell you parts you really need to keep your car running the way it should

Horrible will never go back. Got my oil changed was over priced and I was leaking oil everywhere also check engine light came on. Came back had to wait a hour for them to fix there own mess up

This place is horrible !!! Came here numerous times and was tild we only have 1 mechanic itll be awhile ..terrible customer service and lady was professional at all!!
