I had a need for a certain part for a ten year old car. I call the Pottstown Autozone and yes, I was told, they have it. I show up, nope, they have to order it. I could have accepted a misunderstanding if not for what happened next. I was told that the part would be in by 1pm but to show up around 1:15 to be sure. My father and I drove over at 2 pm. Were now dealing with a third employee and he tells us that the part isnt in yet, probably wont be in until 3 or 4 pm, and is kind of me embarrassed. While this exchange is going on, the employee who told us to be there at 1:15 comes out, never even says anything or apologizes. And to make it worse, no other item we needed was available - an air filter or even wiper blades. We ended up driving up to the Advanced Auto Parts in Gilbertsville where we walked out after 15 minutes with everything we needed - much more professional up there than in Pottstown.

Average experience had trouble purchasing product because it would not scan took longer than I needed very limited selection of filters and limited product knowledge from staff.
