I finally found a place that I can take my car to. I purchased 4 Good Year tires at a local area business and they had some difficulty fixing vibration and noise issues. I called Good Year and they told me I could take my car to any Good Year center. I went to Hockessin Good Year and was treated great from beginning to end. The manager, counter staff, and mechanics were all helpful and honest. I will definitely be returning there for future service issues.

The service department did major work on my automobile. The staff was always courteous and communicated up front the work needed and the approximate costs and time frame. I feel the job performed was better than most other service centers I have tried in the past and that prices were fair. I rate them 5 stars because I feel they were fair, honest, and have integrity. I recommend this business highly to anyone.

Took forever, had one tire replaced and took an hour and a half. Only one other vehicle sitting in the garage. 4 guys sitting around talking while the other couldnt have moved any slower. Only went there because they were the only ones that carried my tires. Will pay and go somewhere else to get it mounted next time.

We had our tire replaced here, tried to have it patched but it couldnt be patched. They explained why with great detail (which is great) and also gave great insight into the matching methods they use. Would go here again for tire troubles.
