Ive been hit with my BMW front bumper. Front bumper, cameras, headlight needs to change. They said they would deliver the car 30 days later. 6 weeks past and they still havent finished the vehicle. They stated that they found another problem and they are waiting for the adjuster to come and give them go ahead and order the parts. Where have you been all this 6th weeks period, what were you people doing? Are you just start working on the car and discover there was something else wrong. My car rental allowance is done, and I am paying out of my pocket now. I called them, and they said numerous time that they would call me with the update but never did. Zero communication, zero reliability. I do not recommend them. I wish I took my car to Ottos collision center or any other collision center in this case. I will update my review ones I get my car from them.

Fixed my car quickly and without hassle. Probably helps that it was damaged while in the care of Union Park Service. That being said, it was handled quickly and professionally.
