I had been to this car center to check what was issue with my car, I was told the catalytic converter was bad & oil leak gave a quote & mentioned car will be ready in 2 days , I mentioned that will pick it up in thursday as I was supposed to go for conference. Conference got cancelled called on tuesday the manger bob answered & said car will be ready only on friday, would not let my car being picked up, as he ordered parts.I had to go until friday with out car. I go pick my car on friday evening & week later realised the oil leak was not fixed and my car would not indicate if the front lights were on when I left the car. I went to another car care center & got them fixed.. even after paying big bucks to this guy.All through the service the manager was very very rude . My experience was very bad all through out . Will never ever go to this Meineke car center again. If you are not caucasian dont ever go to this guy, Iam sure Iam not the first person to feel so. The only mistake I made was not to check reviews of this center before turning my car in. Just waste of time & money. Beware please check reviews before stopping by.

I wanted to give them a great review; but, I cant. I brought a car in after it had failed Maryland safety inspection...right CV joint. She had no symptoms at all. The Meineke guy put it on a lift and said that there was also a split in the left CV joint. Now we needs two CV joints. $360. I think "thats weird because the Maryland garage guy didnt say the other one was bad". So I have them replace both CV joints the following Tuesday. Pick up the car. After a day I notice large grease spot right under where the left joint was replaced. Coincidentally, thats the CV joint that was not bad before Meineke inspected it. So I return to the garage where the guy insists that the old boot had gotten grease all over the underside of the car and after driving the engine heat caused it to drip all under the car onto the driveway. Im thinking "hmmm well so no grease spots before his repair but big grease spots after the repair". Also there are no grease spots under the right CV joint. Despite apparent outstanding customer service something seems to be a tad questionable. So, I have to fail you for honesty. Sorry, fellas.

PLEASE DONT COME HERE I came in for my rear brake changes and these guys told me I need to change my all my brakes and rotors. The guy who attended me was Joe- store manager My front ones were good- I could see it when they showed me. I might now be expert but know a bit about brakes and rotors wear and tear. They agreed. I said to change rear and they gave me pricing. I agreed but immediately checked online for prices. Each part was marked up TWICE or more. I asked if I could get my own brakes and rotors since autozone is just close by; First he tried to avoid the conversation by pretending to be on phone continuously and not replying even when I could see there was no call but when I insisted I was told that it is company policy that they dont install parts from outside. I still dont believe that. When I said that I dont want to get this done from them, they told that I will charged labor for taking wheels apart. This is a complete ripoff. I paid $500 for something that could have been done for $250. Please go at your own risk.

BEWARE - Took my 2003 town & country in for a front end alignment, they told me that my outer tie rods were bad and that they would have to be replaced before the alignment could be done. Got the tie rods ends and returned the next weekend. They replaced the tie rod ends and did the alignment and then told me that my lower control arms were bad and needed replacement - I asked why they didnt tell me that before they did the alignment and he replied that they didnt see it until after they started. Got the lower control arms and returned the next weekend and he asked me if a wanted to pay for another alignment on top of the installation fee - I said that I paid for one last weekend, guy swears that he told me to wait for the alignment until I had all of the parts, also they put on the tie rod ends without grease when they clearly had grease fittings, one has failed before I put the grease in myself. LIES & INCOMPETENCE = BAD SERVICE

The young men there were so helpful, respectful and very knowledgable. My fuel injector started spewing gasoline all over when I pulled into the meinekie lot and the 2 gentlemen helped as much as they could without having to charge me. I offered them a few bucks for lunch or coffee for their assistance and they refused. They were like 2 knights coming to the aid of a distressed traveler. I recommend this place to anyone in new castle. You will be treated very well. One guys name was Scott and the other was a young blonde haired young guy. Shake their hands for me when you get your car serviced there. Tell them its from the guy with the bad fuel injector in the silver Jetta. Thanks in advance.

I know very little about cars and even less about car maintenance. I have left many auto mechanics feeling like I was "taken for a ride", but then I stopped at the Meineke Muffler at 1512 Kirkwood Highway in Wilmington, DE. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Roy who took me through the process of having my vehicle repaired. He gave me an accurate estimate, approximate time it would take to complete the job, and even brought me over to my vehicle to show me exactly what was wrong with it. I really appreciated the courtesy and professionalism of the staff at this location and plan to visit them every time I have car trouble or maintenance to be done.

When I first went in to have my cars muffler replaced they were friendly and helpful. So they replaced my cars muffler and one week later my entire muffler came off while driving on 141 ripping my rear bumper. Came in the same day to have them take responsibility and the worker came up with a million reasons for why it was nothing they did wrong and wanted me to pay for labor. I complained to the corp office and they accepted the false story the Meineke employee gave them. Had to take car elsewhere. Was the last time I did business at that shop. Worst experience dealing with an auto shop.

Great Customer Service, Quality work done at every visit Ive had since being Re Opened under New Owners!! Just recently went for an Oil Change and was asked to come out to the Service Bay to be shown that my Valve Cover Gasket was Leaking Oil Directly onto my Alternator. Went back a Weekend later and Had it all fixed up in a few hours time. I Highly recommend This shop for Great Prices and Honest Quality Work DONE rite the FIRST time. Corey and Seth have been more then helpful and always will be my Go-To Mechanics from here on out, Thank You again Guys!!
