Dummy told me $19.99 oil change special today on the phone and I said Ill stop by shortly. Saw him within a half an hour and he explained that I could get an oil change for $24.99 with a $25 rebate if I apply for a Midas credit card. I asked about the $19.99 special and he explained that I needed a coupon for that. I dont have time for this kind of nonsense so I left. Writing this review while waiting at Jiffy Lube. Great deals here - this is where you should get your oil changed, not this Midas on Kirkwood Highway.

Always have a good experience at this location. Nick and phil, the managers are always professional and honest when it comes to my vehicle needs. Been to several shops in the area and nothing compares. Lets be honest no one likes going to the shop, but the guys at midas definitely help make the experience less painful. Very thorough inspections performed most time at no charge. And I love that the entire staff is so personable, not just the guys up front. Will always be a loyal customer to this location!

Great place for all your car needs. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Before they do anything they completely explain your options and what they will do. They are never pushy. They tell you what needs to be done, how critical it is or if it can wait, then let you decide. Prices seem very reasonable. They frequently have promotions that help with price. Look into the Midas card. It can help a lot with expensive repairs/services. Waiting room is clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

I had to buy a battery at Advanced Auto Parts. They called Midas down the hill and they fit me in. They took a while to figure out how to put in my battery and had to send me to buy a part at Advanced Auto, but they were very friendly, very accommodating, and only charged me $25. Great "salt of the earth" people!

The customer service here is great! The guys are so nice it makes waiting around for an oil change something thats not so annoying! Also not pressuring to get "extras" done. Informative about what your vehicle needs but they dont make you feel like you have to get it done that very same day.

The service manager was wonderful. We showed up at the last minute for an oil change, and he gave us the coupon price and offered to top off the brake fluid and repair a burnt out bulb as well (no extra charge). Fair, friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy...made my day! I will be back.

Great place, very friendly, will go back to them whenever I need work done (provided they do the type of work). Offered to look at my car for free, then offered to fix the problem for a reasonable price. In and out in about 30 min!

Overall the worst experience I ever have had. They kept my car for over 3 weeks because of a problem they messed up. Midas give me all these promises and then did not fulfill any.
