After my car broke down I had it towed to RJs for repairs. Jim called when it arrived and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. I found out about RJs from a mailer I had saved on my fridge. My car needed some major work, but Jim made it clear what was needed. He kept me informed throughout the week about the parts required and the price. As an airline pilot I need this car to get to work on time, and need reliability and repairs I can trust. My car is fixed, runs great, and Jim was a true professional. I will definitely trust my future car repairs to his shop.
