Terrible place. First time last time. Last Summer went in to get my car inspected. Left with them stating I need hundreds of dollars in service. I maintain my own vehicle, so took it to get the things done that were needed. When I tried to get my tires off, even a 5ft breaker bar would not help...bent my lug nut wrench. I had to go back to them to have them break the torque. When I asked for help, the manager turned it into me as being the problem telling me that they put them on per spec. No way, in fact after arguing with me about it, they finally had someone take off and put back on each nut per spec. What a difference...I could remove them again on my own (what if I needed to do this on the highway???). Never again will I go there. Terrible experience and service, plus they lied (I had the rotors measured and they were within spec).

I have done a few tire changes here, and a couple of oil changes and brake inspections. Corey, at the desk, is very helpful and doesnt unnecessarily recommend things to get done for the car, like a lot of other places seem to do these days. He also promtly calls you and lets you know how much longer things would take and if there is any extra work that needs to be done. Only after you have approved it do they even start to work on it. The work they do has been real quick, but very well done too. Well, almost. Am taking my car to them again today since something seems to have gone wrong with their last work on the car. 1st time something like this has happened, so will take a star out for that. But will keep going to them for all my other car needs. If not satisfied, maybe I will come back to this review and update it again.

I waited almost three hours just to get a flat tire changed, only to be told that it was their "policy" that they couldnt just put one tire on, that they had to replace all four. Which is ridiculous because one tire was brand new and the other two were in great condition. Not to mention Ive never heard of any such "policy" and have always had just one tire replaced everywhere else Ive been. Then it took them 30 minutes just to put the spare on and I ended up missing three hours of work for this B.S. and didnt even get my tire fixed. The only good thing I can think to say of them is that they didnt charge me.

This is the only place that I trust with my vehicles through the years. Ted has always been very helpful and all of the staff there are professional and get you in and out in a timely fashion. I trust them and highly recommend them for price & service.

Went in to get a flat changed, very professional and good service. Not sure what the point of making an appointment online is cause they didnt have it when I got there but they got me right in anyways. Ill be back again.
