I and my company fleet used to go to a nearby chain repair shop, but after a change in management resulted in a severe drop in service quality, we had to find a new place. We took a chance on Welsh and it has been nothing but a spectacular decision. They truly are all of the things every auto shop claims to be, knowledgeable, honest and dependable. Youre repairs are explained but not in the condescending jargon you get in alot of places. Time and cost estimates are at worst on time and accurate, but last time they were done with my car early and under the estimated repair cost. Our old place on its best day ( when it had good days) was nowhere near as good as Welsh on a normal day, and its so nice to not have to dread taking a car into the shop. Do yourself the favor, give Welsh a chance and you will find out just how great, great can be when it comes to car care.

This is a family owned and operated service center. Its just like you used to find in a small town. Adjacent to a fuel station, these guys are honest, excellent diagnosticians and will work on anything. They have fixed several of my cars and have turned away money in the interest of doing right. I approved a repair based upon a parts and labor estimate. When I came to pay, they told me they were able to find the parts at a lower cost, so my total was less than I had approved. Who does that? These folks do. They offered me a free oil change because I sent a friend into them. They helped me get a car home after the repair was completed, and the list of raves goes on. I hope to never need another repair, but when I do, they will have my business because they earned my trust.

Just moved here from out of state and finding good contacts for various things is a chore. Got an oil change at Welsh Automotive and was very happy with service. Got new tires and brakes as well as state inspection recently. Very happy with how I was treated by Shawn and the service he provided. He gave me an oil change during the repairs and did not charge for it. As well as adjusting a headlight i installed improperly with no charge. He did good work and didnt nickel and dime me to death. I took my other car there and he diagnosed minor issues that cost nothing and got job done. He even explained and guided me through the registration policy for coming from out of state. Very happy to have found a good mechanic and business who does things honestly.

Great service! This place is a gem, a family owned and operated business with great value and a quick turn around time. Shawn is extremely thorough and has a great eye for detail. Their pricing is very affordable and they dont try to nickle and dime you for every service. Compared to other quotes, Shawn is very up front with which repairs need to be made, and which ones are just and not necessary or urgent. If you are looking for a quality shop that takes good care of your vehicle, I would highly recommend Welsh Automotive. I will definitely be back!

Shawn was awesome to work with! He was very easy going and understanding. Welsh Atumotive was able to help me with a quick fix. They even stayed a little later so I could get there after work. I then went back for an oil change and they were very quick and prices are great! They had so many different accommodations to offer so I didnt have to wait for the car to be done.
