Firestone is always the place to go. The team is always there for You and ready to help, even when the place is swamped, theyll squeeze You in. Matt, the manager is always running around trying to make sure everyone has a great experience and ensure that his people are doing so too. Dave has been there maybe the longest, been seeing him behind that window for many years and he always makes sure me and my family get the best prices and even if its a little over top - he backs everything up with the technicians who know how to work on cars. Its not some left handed dealer techs that just work by the book and see how to charge You more. John is always great whe Youre in a hurry - phone number, name, what car, what needs to be done, come back at 5. Done! The new kids like Lucas and Ron are a great addition too! Matt sure knows how to get his people to top shape. The guys are energetic and a great addition to the settlement. The place is where you drop off your car and dont call every 10 minutes to see if its done yet, if everythings alright or not. You leave it there and let them handle it, if it needs anything, theyll call Ya!

Got my oil changed here on 12/07/2015. About a week later it rained and I noticed it looked like oil was mixed in with the rain water under my car. Thought maybe it was spillage and figured I would give it a bit to clean up before jumping to conclusions. A week later, I noticed it there was still oil under my car. Took it back on 12/23/2015. Was expecting the usual auto place experience where even though your almost 100% sure they made a mistake, they still give you an explanation as to why it wasnt a mistake and then try to charge you additional for a repair of some sort. I got a huge surprise. Not only did they get me in and out quickly the same day I called, they redid the oil change for free and gave me a coupon good for a free future oil change. While I did deduct a star for the initial mistake being made in the first place, they got four stars for handling things the way they did. Great job for realizing that its not whether or not you made a mistake, but how things are handled afterwards. And you guys handled things beautifully. Thank you very much.

The service itself leaves a lot to be desired...but whats even worse is that they allow a company they contract with to tow, to charge me $75 to tow me POINT SEVEN MILES! When i asked why, the guy at the counter told me that its just $50 to get the tow truck on the road. SAY WHAT?!?! I will never ever use this place again. If this is the "company" theyre keeping, i wonder what other ways theyre ripping me off. UDPATED: Oh it just gets better. When i called the tow place to complain, they told me they charged firestone $65. So two thumbs up Firestone, you upcharged. How awful of you!!! When I confronted them about the difference in the price that Sanatoga charged them, and what they charged me, they told me its because they have to pay someone to pay the bill..Oh, so let me get this straight...you pay someone $10, to open the bill, put in a check request/push a button to autopay your merchant.. Are you freaking KIDDING ME! And no, im not picking up your phone call. Stop calling me.

I have been a Firestone faithful for 15 years (Reading, PA and San Diego, CA). This Pottstown location is horrible! Every time that I go there I walk out feeling dirty and wondering why in the world did I go there. The prices are way above anyone in the area and the staff is rude and frankly, not too bright. They would not redeem a coupon bc it was not a clear print. The clerk mocked me for using a coupon for my Mercedes...he (Jordan) said that I needed to pay to play. Understand that this was a special that Firestone was running on its official site...they pulled it up on their computers, but would not print it for me. I had to drive home to print the coupon. As I sat at my computer I realized that this is not the way a customer should be treated. I returned to the store, presented the coupon and told them that I will never again bring my business to another Firestone.

I took my vehicle there today for a tire swap I had aftermarket rims on.they changed them out with my stock tires .I asked them to check my brakes because they have been squeaking for a few days they said there was no problem and they didnt not hear what i was hearing .I asked them to do an oil change ..THEY DIDNT DO THE OIL CHANGE ..I KNOW BECAUSE I PUT A MARK ON MINE TO MAKE SURE ..I LEFT WITH MY TRUCK AND THE NOISE IS WORSE NOW AND I PAID FOR THE OIL CHANGE .WHEN I CALLED BACK TO COMPLAIN THE MANAGER SAID OHH MY GUYS WOULDNT DO THAT ..NEVER AGAIN. IM TAKING MY VEHICLE SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR NOW ON ..EVERYONE THAT WORKS THERE IS IN DRUGS OR SOMETHING JUST BE GLAD MY FAMILY WASNT HURT

Some things are reasonably priced but most things are way more than they are at other shops. Was told to bring my car back on Saturday for repairs but after talking to 3 people no one would make me an appointment and instead told me to just walk in. Even made sure to call before I came in and they still said it was fine. When I got there they were fulled booked and I was told they could try to fit me in and make an exception for me but it would take at best 3 hours to even be seen and that I should have made an appointment even though 3 employees wouldnt make one for me days prior. Very unsatisfied with the customer service.

Integrity, hard working team, goes out of the way to accommodate the customers, takes care of the car and customer needs while keeping your budget in mind or if the car truly needs what is being suggested. Matt and the service manager are respected, respectful of their employees and customers. I appreciate the honesty and things that the dealerships says you need or dont need done, this team always explains why you do or dont need something and cheaper as well as done right the first time. I used to take my car to Piazzas Hyundai - never again ! That in itself should explain the rest.

Docking a star because the internet is really poor, so working from there during wait was a little tough. For the main purpose of going to this place they are excellent. The dude at the desk was no-nonsense and easy to deal with. When it turned out I needed to replace a tired that wasnt repairable, he showed me very clearly why a few ways and even showed me documentation on tire repairs... completely legitimate and really made the unfortunately circumstance about needing to spend more money justifiable.

LOVE EM FOR 23 YEARS PLUS last 10 in pottstown and 13 in e norr. technicians always seem to go the extra mile as do the shop bosses.. wether my old winter car or the newer family crossover, any problem is checked and repaired in a timley manner,, im kept apprised of any updates etc.. either a 5$ vacume line or a important sensor , they find it and let me know when will be completed.. ps mileage maintance service is much cheeper than the 2 local dealers.. dad always said " KEEP EM RUNNING"
