I went to Concordville Auto Center and told them my left rear turn signal bulb needed replaced on my Land Rover Discovery and came out with significant damage to the bumper and many lies! I went to them because they are close and it was a simple job. They informed me, after pulling my vehicle into their garage, that it wasnt a burnt out bulb, but faulty wiring. I was told that the mechanic had even tested it with a meter and there was no signal. I told them I didnt want the work done and would get another opinion. At the next stop I made, after leaving Concordville Auto Center, I noticed that the bumper was cracked and had significant damage around the lens for the turn signal. I stopped back by Concordville Auto Center and they denied doing any damage, but admitted to seeing the damage. There was no damage before taking it to their repair shop. I took the vehicle to another repair shop, King Street Auto Repair, in Malvern and they changed the bulb and the turn signal worked! There was NO problem with wiring. The total job cost was under $15. I went back to Concordville Auto Center with my repair bill and was told that the SHOP FOREMAN had looked at my vehicle and had attempted to replace a bulb in the quarter panel INSTEAD of the bumper where the turn signal is located. Why would a shop foreman attempt to change the wrong bulb when the ONLY amber light is on the bumper and, as I said previously, I had also been told that the mechanic had tested it with a meter and was getting no signal. All other lights are working so a meter would NOT have shown a problem with wiring for ANY bulb. So either they are incompetent, and dont know how to change something as simple as a turn signal bulb, OR, more likely, they damaged my bumper when attempting to get the lense cover off and came up with a series of lies to cover it up. Either way I will never return there for work and I would advise anyone considering going to Concordville Auto Center to think twice...I would not trust them with a big or small repair.

We used to take our cars there. Every time we were told it needed a transmission flush among other flushes. Even after we had the transmission flush done we were told it needed to be done. But the kicker was we took car in for inspection and were told it needed tires because of serious rounding. The tires had less than 15k miles on them. Told us we had to have at least 2 done to pass inspection. Had that done with an alignment. We were then told the one wheel couldnt be aligned. To find out whats wrong it would have to be taken apart and looked at and would be expensive. Thats was over 2 years ago. We now take our car to Piazza Acura, it has had two inspections done and two alignments, no problems arising with the tires, alignment or transmission fluid.

Great place to have your car worked on!!! My family has been going here for years. Just last week, I got a flat tire on my way to work. I was able to drop my car off at the shop in the morning and pick it up the very next day. I wouldnt go anywhere else with my car, whether it were a tire problem, inspection, oil change, etc. Every experience Ive had with them has been extraordinarily pleasant, especially the interaction with the mechanics and receptionists. Prices are always reasonable, if not better then anywhere else. If you are from the Glen Mills/Garnet Valley Area you should look know where else to have your car worked on! I will definitely be going back.

Very disappointed in my last visit. Went there for an oil change and a check engine light being on. Told the check engine light meant low in oil. Not True. Changed my oil and added new front tires. On the way home the engine began tapping and making a noise. I had the car towed back to them only to find out that my engine was no good. All along they were very dishonest. The son Pete has no clue on what he is talking about. Told me low in oil which was dishonest. Father tried cover up for his son and tried to blame me. Very shady repair shop. I would never recommend them to anyone again. Stay away!!!

I had a great experience dealing with United. I had a warrantee claim on my Goodyear tires that were original equipment on a lease. Pete Jr. was professional , thorough and followed up when he said he would. Tires can be confusing with so many types and dealing with a corporate warrantee can be frustrating but Pete made me a satisfied customer. All this on tires his shop didnt originally sell me. I will definitely be back and recommend these guys over the tire chains that I visited during the same process.Thank you United. Thank you Pete Jr.

I have been brining my cars (both personal and comercial vehicles) here for the last 4 years. They do great work, have a clean, state of the art facilty and always are fair with pricing. The owners Pete and Sue are honest and friendly. Even the head foreman Rob does a great job explaining any uncertain questions or suggestions for the maintenence of your car. They even pick me up and drop me off everytime so I dont need to wait around! I refer any of my friends and family to these guys.

I brought my car to United tire in Concordville on an emergency. My check engine light was on and the vehicle was not running well. Without an appointment they were able to diagnose and repair the vehicle at a reasonable price. While I waited I noted how clean the facilities were and how professional the staff was. I will now be bringing my vehicles here for regular service and would recommend them to anyone!

I took my car to get it inspected at Concordville Auto. They failed it for two legitimate problems...my rear wheel cylinders needed to be replaced and I needed a new lens for my rear brake light. However, they quoted the price at $550-$600 to repair everything. That seemed excessive--so I took it somewhere else and got everything fixed for $226.

I took my sons car there twice to get fixed for minor repairs and was over charged twice. I will not go back. Ask for an estimate and go somewhere else. The people working there are nice, but the prices for service are very high there!! Shame on me for being ripped off twice

These guys are amazing!!! I had to get something under my left front tire checked early on a Monday morning. They took me right away and checked everything out. Minimal charge. They are very honest and professional. GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!
