Me and my fiance paid 1,020 for them to fix our car. And they still didnt fix. We got it back 5 days after they had and when they said it was "fixed" for it to just mess up again 10 minutes later. Our car wasnt taking gas. And the battery light and brake light came on, and the car died needing a jump to start. Which everybody said was the alternator. They said it wasnt and did all this diagnostics test on it that cost $180. Did all this other stuff. When they took the car back Friday night and over half of Saturday another person. Worked on it and they to claimed they "fixed" it. They fixed the gas issues but on the way to work this morning the lights came back on and the car wouldnt start. 3 different people with experience with working on cars looked at it and did their own test to find out it was the alternator. How did licenced machanics not figure this out for the 6 days they had the car ? So more money out of our pockets that we couldnt afford.

Ben and the other Dover Meineke workers were wonderful! We were stuck away from home on a Saturday morning with 2 broken cars -- one with a brake line leak and the other with a flat tire. We were ready to go by 2pm. The work done was excellent, fairly priced and with lots of extra TLC including suggestions of what to do nearby while waiting for the new tire to arrive. Both cars were 1990 Toyotas -- we often have to special order parts and tires back home so we were expecting we might have to extend our trip. Thanks Meineke!

I had work done on my car and they keep having to bring it back to fix it they broke my axle boots and wheel bearing I played them good to remove parts and now the employee want s to try I to argue with me very bad experience here and all I wanted was what I paid for and the employee told me to take my car to the junk yard when I didnt have none of these issues until after t hee y worked on it horrible exsperiance. Always friendly and honest. They are always busy because of this. Integral mechanics are hard to find sometimes but these guys have that in the bag. As quick as they can service and theyll also let you know if something is unnecessary or something that cannot do. Great recommendations for other places that do work that they dont do.

Super customer service and extremely helpful. I hardly waited for my oil change. Even let me in the garage to look at the problem and tried to solve it for me without charging extra. I am returning monday to have an idler pulley changed out and anytime in the future for mechanical issues. Best shop around.

Worst place to get your vehicle. This place is a ripoff. Bad customer service. They are a bunch of unethical mechanics, theyll rob you. They used this stupid technique where they take you and show you "whats wrong with your car" so they could take your money.
