Manager Brian Drummond and the red bearded mechanic saved the day . This is the first mechanic Ive ever given any rating besides one star . Superior customer service , honesty , speed ,and knowledge at this location. Not only did they fix everything at a good price , but they also offered me tips on keeping my car running as smoothly as possible (without trying to sell me additional things ) . My 2012 car barely made the drive there and went in sounding like it was 50 years old .It came out feeling and sounding brand new . The price was only 180 bucks including a brand new battery and oil change and tests of every kind to make sure they picked up what a different mechanic at Springfield Chevrolet missed a week earlier.Pep boys - you better keep these two employees and take care of them the way they took care of me ! I will be back for service and will go out of my way to stop in to fill up my gas tank here . I actually enjoyed my stay, learned a few things and left with a car that felt brand new !

Took 2 different appointments for my car to be misaligned after waiting HOURS each time. The 2nd appointment I showed up for I was waiting for 4 and a half hours. Absolutely INCOMPETENT and charged me for 2 alignments ($180 total) because they couldnt figure out how to align my car. The real kicker is....I almost CRASHED my car driving home because of how bad it was swerving when I gave it gas. I have no idea how this place is still in business and hasnt had a LAWSUIT yet. Its very clear all they care about is STEALING your MONEY and getting you as quickly out the door as possible with no regards to your SAFETY. They pay their mechanics flat rate so they make more money the quicker they push you through the door so this all makes sense.

HONEST MECHANICS! Take your car here for service. Really good prices. I am not lying I know its hard to believe, especially from a national chain, especially from a PepBoys. I keep getting great customer service, very reasonable prices and reliable service and maintenance on my cars. Im always delighted I decided to give them a shot in the first place. Call them and let them prove it to you.

The caring customer service at this location was particularly exceptional. The staff were welcoming and went above and beyond at assisting in all of my needs. The manager, Jason, was wonderful and very accommodating. The brake service done by John, assisted by Kyle was also great. I would recommend this location to everyone.

This store is brand new location. One of the only Pep Boys that is also a gas station. Not a full stock location, but definitely full service. Dudes here know what they are doing.
