DONT PARK IN THE FRONT!! Please dont or be prepared to be maliciously mistreated for your mistake. Ive always had a good experience here. My fiancée and I have brought our cars here for a few years now. Our family members also bring their vehicles. We even drive pass a Meineke just to go to this one! No issues until today. My sister in law asked us to go pick up her car on our way back from the grocery store. We stop by Meineke and her husband asks me to wait for him in the front while he gets the car just in case theres an issue. Apparently, the owner and his employee didnt like that I was parked in front. One of them decided to drive a vehicle a lot faster than needed, towards my car then stopped directly in front of the car. Shortly after that, he quickly drove a second car directly behind me and parked. Leaving me with barely any room to pull out. This is happening as my sister in laws husband is leaving with the car keys. Keep in mind, he was in there for about 5 minutes. I was getting ready to leave and honked to asked the employee why he blocked me in? He said I had plenty of room to pull out. The owner aggressively and quickly moves toward my vehicle and says, whats your problem? Why are you honking the horn? I told him that the other employee drove that SUV towards my car really fast and parked. Then parked another car behind me and walks off - blocking me in. He then tells me, that this is where they park finished cars. I told him that weve been bringing our cars there for years now, and before I could finish my sentence, he cuts me off and tells me, Oh yeah? Whats your name? Ill go look it up! I own this place. Not even letting me finish - I was trying to explain that they never leave our vehicles in the front. Instead he decided to offend me and make me feel like our familys business wasnt worth their time. I asked him, so you did that intentionally? He said No. He then said that he drove by 3 times and I was playing on my phone. Then I asked him again, so, you did that intentionally? He denied it and thats when I told him that we wont come back and drove off. We got home and I told the family what happened. They were all shocked and my fiancée was disappointed since we drive the extra distance just to go to that specific location. Weve all been going there for about 3 years now. Six family members whom all have vehicles. Who all decided that we wont go there anymore.

I have an older truck, a shop I went to inspected it last year put a waiver on for emmission. It cMe time to have an inspection to pass I was told I need to replace a cylinder at a cost of $1000.00, I took my truck over to Mineke and the owner Bill and Tech Joe tested and found the problem rather quickly while I waited. They scheduled me for next day repairs and completion of my vehicle. Staff was friendly and very helpful with my needs getting back and forth to work. Since my vehicle was running rough for over a year they managed to make my truck run again little it was brand new almost. My fuel cost have gone down and my rough idle is gonna. The owner spent the extra time to explain what was wrong and gave advice on what else can be done. I have been to many shops in the pa st, but this mineke has proven to be one of the best I have ever dealt with. When a owner is willing to take the time as well as his techs to explain fix and not brake the bank on costly repairs this is a place to go. I even came back for a oil change walk in and was greeted by name and taken care of quickly. Overall if you could give more then 5 stars I would to staff, lobby and the ability to fix and repair in a timely fashion I would rank higher.

These guys are great. I was in Malvern for a few weeks for work and started experiencing issues with my truck. Took my 07 F150, with 286,000 miles, in to have the power steering redone and to check a miss in the engine. The whole story is too long to type, however, I can say that this shop is of top quality. Its run by a great family and youre immediately greeted with a helpful smile. Joe spoke with me briefly and answered my questions with obvious years of experience. I never felt like my questions were too small for them. They have the resources of a large Meineke garage with the relaxed and comfortable customer service of a hometown small business. If I didnt live 4 hours from here, Joe and the guys in this shop would be my source for everything vehicle related.

Very friendly service and honest. Your vehicle is one of your most expensive possessions and they all require care and maintenance to run well and last. Bill (the owner) was accommodating when I came to him with my exhaust needs and wishes and quoted me a fair price for parts and labor that I couldnt beat to get better-than-stock performance. Im more than pleased with the work and the friendliness of the service. I trust these guys and have already recommended them to my co-workers for their future needs.

Had a minor issue on my car with the muffler pipe where it had become detached from the flange due to rust. The muffler and catalytic converter were fine (dealer confirmed this), and Meineke fixed it for 1/10th of what the dealer was going to charge, assessed the issue, gave an estimate and had it fixed and ready to go in under 2 hours! Very happy to have the rattling fixed for a reasonable price! I was able to work on my laptop with WiFi in the lobby, and Joe the technician was very courteous too!

Terrible!! First time customer, responded to ad flyers. Close by, good because I only have one car. After five, FIVE, ALLLLL day visits my car is still dysfunctional. My patience was smashed and when I complained - they banned me from returning! Real friendly at FIRST then when faced with a touchy situation - THE CUSTOMER IS WRONG!! Waiting for corporate to return my complaint. Lucky that I paid with a Meinke credit card because they are going to pay it!

New location- right by Paoli Hosp. Second Meineke for the Palmer family. Perfect waiting area-wifi and a keurig. Efficient, professional, answered all questions without overwhelming us with techy stuff. Two cars now repaired and running great. Simple oil changes, high tech alignments (those potholes!) and complex diagnostics- they do it all. Thanks Bill and Amanda!

90 minutes for an oil change is too long and I dislike when they try to up sell you a bunch of things that make it sound like your car wont be safe without them. Nice waiting area and staff was generally friendly though - besides whoever the head guy was, he needs customer service training.
