One of the worst mechanics I have ever dealt with. I went in for simple maintenance... Left with a bill a many hundreds of dollars more then expected. Their vehicle inspection found a couple of things that needed repairs and replacement. The called me to approve and quoted me a time and a price. The price was very different then what was quoted, to the tune of $500. They took days to finish the 4 hour job. The Sales Manager that I dealt with through all of this was rude to me the second one wasnt so bad. I stayed very kind even through the huge inconvenience and extra money they caused me to endure. The work seems to have been half witted with the exception of having as much grease in my car as they did under my car. No one needs mechanics like this with better options just a mile away. To inflate customers bills as they did with mine and be rude and not customer oriented in the process. After leaving I took it to a different mechanic for a different issue I did not want fixed at Firestone. The other Mechanic was great and pulled me back into the garage to show me two places where the last mechanic (firestone) screwed up. Beware! My mistake, I will never take any car to this place again, I feel cheated. To top it off they were rude to me. Beware of this place no matter how nice it is and even though the Firestone name is on the front.

Just got my Car back from FireStone. I had a check engine light Flashing. It was a spark plug and ignition coil Issue. Got charged 105 bucks for Diagnostic that was the intial fee. Wait till i am finish . Then they said i have to change 2 Ignition Coil . My car is 6 cyclinder. So they said they will charge each ignition coild 78 bucks . As far as i know Ignition Coil online or in Autozone cost 144.56 bucks for a pack of 6. I ended up changing only 2 as i need the car to be able to at least drive. I ended up paying 334 buck and few cents just for a 2 out of 6 ignition coil. The labor cost was 120 bucks for an hour(lol) in Delaware that also. I was in NY i would have believed it. All in all ,no customer satisfaction Guarantee. Yes, only thing Guarantee is a total RIPOFF.

I came with a 14 camry which has a tire pressure sensor replaced recently and need to be sync into the car. Sound easy but its not. Dealer wants $120, Pontes auto care across the street asked for $69.95, pepboy is $40 but not sure their tool will work. Funny when the TPMS reset tool itself is only around $120 so I thought about go ahead and buy one. For some reason i decided to make final try with firestone before making the purchase. Their price estimation was $19.99 so i drop off the car but with no expectation. Surprisingly, they called me back after 30 and say the vehicle is done and ready for pick up. good saving, prompt service and friendly staffs. I would come again.

on 2 separte occasions the service writer/ manager did not own up to mistakes made by his mechanics. The first was a simple overlook by the mechanic not noticing a leaking master cylinder. the also i believe accidently riped some wires off a connector and then ziptied them next to the connector. I removed the connector when I was working on the car 2 days before it was not ripped then nor did I notice any damage. A nice place for tires but I will never go there again I advise you to be careful

Despite that I bought my tires and got the lifetime alignment warranty in a different state, this Firestone has been very helpful. Ive had 3 rotations done so far, with no cost. They never "found" anything wrong with my car and respected my decision to bring my car to the dealership for my services. Today, I even hinted that I may need new tires, and they responded by saying that my tires look pretty good so far and should last longer than the recommended mileage rating.

Horrible....took my truck in because back brakes were smoking. They inspected and assured me back brakes were fine and that the front brakes...rotors..and calipers were bad and needed to be replaced. Spent 800.00 and in less than a week my brakes were grinding and sticking. I took my truck back and they then said the rear needed new brakes..rotors...calipers..and hoses for a new price of 1037.59 What a ripoff... buyer beware.

Sure appreciate Marcus and Brandy they are great! Excellent friendly knowledgeable service. I especially appreciate that all my service records are online with Firestone. That has proved helpful in getting "lifetime" work done in 3 different states. Marcus mentioned that Firestone had an app that would show me pretty much what they have on their computers. Walk in at 3:38 pm for a 4 oclock appointment. No one greeted me. Left me standing for 10 min while they took a customer who walked in 6 min after. I waited a total of 13 min before the guy asked me what I need. If I was busy today I would have walked out. Tyler stood there all that time. I despite bad customer service. Last time I come to the one again.

Needed replacement battery and they had an acceptable one in stock. Two issues: 1) staff requested a phone number and/or address to process the purchase, 2) provided an Interstate rebate but did not mention that the rebate required battery installation which I did myself.

All they care about is getting more of your money. They will ALWAYS find something wrong with your car that needs to be fixed asap. Not the kind of place Id trust with my vehicle.
