Had been going here for 2+ years and liked the people I dealt with, specifically Mike. Beginning back in April my car had issues with the check engine light. After several back and forth appts and dropping over $500 in the car, I was told that it might be a simple thing with the wiring to the actual check engine light. This then took several more appts and a part needed to be ordered. When I picked up the car, I was told that the dealership was not being helpful and did not supply the part. They still "fixed" the problem and said it should hold. They charged me again and the light came on the next day. The whole feel about the place was different that day and I had some new kid working on my car. I havent gone back since and have heard that Mike no longer works there. Makes me wonder what the real deal is at that place. Its a shame that such good service can no longer be found.

I would never take a complex diagnosis problem to Firestone or any repair facility that works on multiple brands of cars. Yes you can get free ODDII engine diagnosis at Autozone or Advance Auto but they will start throwing parts at your problem. You can get the code read and call the dealer, they will tell you what the 3 most common causes are and what it will cost. The dealer has usually worked on so many of these cars they are actually CHEAPER since it takes them way less time to repair them. This shop has always been fair with me and I take all my cars there but use coupons and get routine maintenance done ( tire rotations, oil changes, alignments and if they find something major wrong, back it goes to the Honda dealer ( or I fix it myself)

My loyalty is not considered anymore. New management and new front desk employees. Ive been coming to this location for over 11 years, I used ( in the past, not anymore) to get a real complete courtesy check during the 3-months-window period prior my inspection stickers expires everytime I come for any scheduled maintenance. It used to be a win/win for both me and the store, the employee would do an unofficial complete inspection during an oil change and would tell me the estimate, if the car needed nothing I would know the charge prior to ordering the inspection. But now they dont want to to even look unless I ask for inspection which I have to pay for (pass or fail).

My dad reccomended them to me. Only complaint is I made an appointment to get 4 new tires and a state inspection a couple days ahead of time. I took my car in as soon as they opened and they assured me I would have my car back by 1pm that day. A couple hours after that I have not heard from them so I call and they tell me "oh yeah, we only had three of those tires so we had to get one from the warehouse your car should be done in a couple hours. I think they do good work but to not even have the courtesy to call and say the messed up on inventory and its gonna take a little longer kind of makes me frustrated.

Ive now been going to these guys for about 5 years. At first I just took in my 65 Austin Healey (as its pretty old and breaks down if it has to go more than a few miles), and they were great with it. Then, I convinced my wife to abandon the local Dodge dealer - where every oil change seemed to end up costing a $1000, and now we take our Subaru (except for warrantee work) and ML350 there as well. They are really great, really honest. Ask for Deep - hes veryy knowledgeable and helpful - but they are all good.

Honest Shop, will do business with again. I took my Ford Focus in for a stalling and unable to start issue I was having. However for some reason my car worked fine at the shop and they couldnt recreate the issue, so I was only charged for the diagnosis, and I was told if the issue arises again I would not be charged for the inspection. Bottom line no unnecessary work was done on my car. Its nice to know their are still friendly and honest car repair places out there. Highly Recommended

Made online appointment. Got email confirmation. Showed up on time. They state that they cant honor appointment due to systems not taking to each other. Okay...wonderful process. They tell me they can get it in, but it will take a little longer. Beyond time promised, and car is still not in. Come on Firestone...fix your system and if you cant do that then at least be honest with customers. This is unacceptable!

I have been using this Firestone for a few years now. The manager is fair and trustworthy. I have a 7 year old pick up with 130,000 miles on it. They have never tried to over charge (prices are below most other mechanics) or do unwanted work. I highly reccomend this business. I have sent many friends and family to this Firestone and they have all been very happy with the work.

They refuse to diagnose a car properly. Went here twice and both times couldnt find out what the problem was just throw parts at the car until it works. Prices are fair but if its still broken who cares?
