Have nice attendant helping me but I dont think they should charge for all 4- tire $416.16 dollars plus $16.99 per-tire each put on. plus disposal. plus hazard warranty. goes on and on. Expensive. Wont come back. The manger randy did go out of his way to help me when I ordered these tires 5/6 weeks back. But still doesnt make up for all the little charges that add on. Some of them should come with it. The disposal them putting them on and should already come with warranty. The young boy helping me today was really nice. Forgot his name. Has very long hair but he makes up for that just bring great at his job.

Complete idiots.....took them 3 hours to check and see if the battery was dead, and in the process they completely drained the charge that was left. So when they said the car was ready I walked out into the garage only to wait 15 minutes to have them jump the car.....they wanted to charge 20 bucks to install a new battery....I passed....drove the car home and changed it myself in less than 5 minutes.....they said it would be 20 minutes and 20 dollars if they did it......honestly these guys are the most inept and brainless mechanics I have ever seen...and they truly make walmart mechanics look good.

HORRIBLE!!! Never again!!!! Was in need of a car battery, went on their website, found the battery I needed for my specific vehicle, checked availability in this store (they had them in stock), went to the auto center and of course they didnt have the battery I looked up, but did have a significantly more expensive one. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will now go out of my way to steer everyone I know away from this store.

I called and asked to make an appointment but he didnt guaranteed at what time it would be done!!?? Having an appointment means Im the priority at that time and the guy said that it would take nearly 2 hours to get an oil change done even with an appointment. Disappointing.

The manager randy will go above & beyond to help you out with your car. I have never been more pleased with a place that works on cars.

This is being typed as Im waiting for a break pad replacement job to be done. Been here since 9am and its now 3pm. Very slow service!

They dont know much...they had my car in their and told me I need rear differential but I only needed tires ?

Ok 20 minute wait in line just to be told it would be a 3 hour wait "at least" for an oil change!!! Im ok.
