They only positive about this gym is that if all you want to do is cardio then they have enough equipment for you. If you lift weights you will be waiting to use the equipment unless you like to lift right before they close everyday or dont have a 9-5 job. The customer service is horrible. The reason the prices are so low is because they sign you to a membership contract which they will not cancel even if you your original contract term is expired. I called and talked to lady and she told me it doesnt just expire you have to fill out a specific form. I asked her to fax it to me since I do not live in the are anymore but of course she never faxed it. This place is a joke and they should be reported to the Better Business Bureau for their shady business ethics.

It really depends on what you want out of a gym. If you want an inexpensive gym that has lots of machines, and thats it, then this gym is for you. It has plenty of parking, and loads of machines that seem to be in great shape, and are new. I decided not to join for two reasons, which might seem silly to some, but they affected me, so I thought Id pass them on. First, its dark inside. There are a few windows, but it felt dungeon-like to me. Second, the AC seemed to be either rarely used, or broken. Someone else said in a review that it gets hot here, and a friend who works out there also told me this was an issue. Other than that, this place seems like a great place if all you want is a place to use good machines for not too much money.

I was a member at Superfit for 2-3 years. I would come in daily, do my work out and leave. This was never a problem being a quiet person until I needed to freeze my account when I left for college. I was still billed $20 a month even with the freeze. When that was finally resolved it was only able to be frozen for 4 months at a time under the $20 plan. At the time I was not informed of this... That is CRAZY! I was billed again after not using the gym for over 4 months and would have been still billed again if I didnt check my accounts constantly. If you are a college student who doesnt come home regularly, than Superfit is NOT the gym for you.

I tried the other gyms in the area - Golds and Conshohocken Fitness - and ended up choosing Superfit. Its very cheap and the facilities are decent - decent machines, decent locker room, etc. I liked Conshohocken Fitness a little better, but I couldnt pass up Superfits prices. Ive never used the weights (I only do cardio). I go during peak hours (weekday evenings) and have never had to wait for a treadmill. They have reasonable weekend hours also. The only drawback Ive noticed is that it can get a little hot in there during the summer... I dont know whats up with their AC. Other than that Id recommend it.

Went here for awhile, let me tell you, everything about this place freaking sucks. Yes I hope the owner sees this review, this is what I get, and you get your 20 freaking dollars. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, if you want to be seen as a money bag waiting to be emptied, then come along. cheap? Yes you get what you pay for, crappy service, crappy management, crappy facility, crappy parking, let me see, oh yea 1 bench press, what 2 squat racks, and about a hundred useless cardio machines. GO GET FIT, BUT NOT AT SUPERFIT. Hope you enjoy that 20 bucks, and that sweaty a$$ nasty a$$ gym.

This gym appealed to me initially because of its affordability. Although it is cheap, that is reflected in the quality of the place & equipment/layout. There are always broken machines, and everything is dingy & looks gross. The exercise balls/mats are grimy to the touch & stained from never being cleaned or replaced. After my one friend supposedly got a rash on her legs from using the equipment, I cancelled my membership and was still charged for several months.

Im not sure what these other reviews are talking about, I just joined the gym and I love it! Of course every gym is going to have their mechanical issues with so much use of the equipment, but there are so many different options I dont see a problem. As for customer service, they were very clear when I joined about the terms of the contract and answered every question. I definately think Superfit is a great deal and Ill be telling my friends

Going to the gym is fine its not big its not small. Their billing was not so great for me. The gym is cheap which is good but this month I was basically triple charged. When I called they said something was sent in the mail unfortunately for me I didnt get it. Normally $20 bucks wouldnt be a problem but this month it came at a bad week. They should use something more reliable. Its about to be 2017

I enrolled in this gym because its close to my place and $10/ month was okay for me because I dont go on a regular basis and its not worth more than this when it comes to equipment !!.. Few months ago they started to charge $15 / month !!! well, I canceled my membership and it took them a whole month to stop the charging !!! I dont really recommend this gym to anyone..

Good atmosphere if you want to work out. Machines are cleaned and fairly maintained. Members are polite, allowing you to work in when they are using a particular piece of equipment. Good mix of machines and free weights. The staff are courteous and quick to respond to issues. Im entering my second year and really have made progress with my working out.

I highly recommend Superfit Gym for anyone who’s looking to get away from the muscle heads and spandex that are found in other gyms. The staff is very friendly and you never have to wait for a treadmill or elliptical and there are plenty of machines available. I just signed up and I am very happy about how clean the place is and the rates (10.99!!!)

Cant beat it for the price. It has all the equipment you could need and friendly staff. Equipment isnt top grade but its well maintained, clean, and things get replaced as needed. My biggest complaint is about the hours which I feel are too limited. This should be open at least until 9PM on Sunday and thats the main reason I give it only 4/5

Ive been a member here for three years. There is all new treadmills, great friendly employees and personal trainers. No matter what time of day I go there an employee is always cleaning and disinfecting. Its just a great non intimidating no frills (well there is tanning) gym.

The front desk staff are nice. The price is right, but the equipment is poorly maintained. Some of the equipment is falling apart and some are broken. There are no signs on the the equipment telling you theyre in need of repair which is potentially dangerous and irresponsible.

The biggest complaint is that machines have been broken for over a year and never get fixed! They need to update the cardio machines.
