Called to inquire about the process of signing up for a membership. The person on the phone obviously didnt listen to my question when I called and immediately went into a whole sales pitch like she was reading from a brochure. I couldnt get a word in to stop her, so after all the bs I finally asked if they contract with my insurance company and she didnt even know. Then proceeded to tell me how "Most people just pay for the membership" and "why dont you just pay for it" and finally "call your insurance company cause how am I suppose to know". I mean that B was a rude nasty wench. She came real close to making me say some things that would have been out of character for me but I said politely Ive already talked with my insurance company and just wanted to confirm and find out exactly which membership/services PF offered. If she had let me finish my original question she would have understood what I was asking her. I told her listen theres no need for me to talk to you Ill just call back during the week when a manager will be available. She kept on with her nasty attitude and I hung up. I dont have the time nor the patience for that Unprofessional foolishness. Talking to a potential customer like that. Clearly she couldnt help me and she could have politely said so AND left it at that and saved all the extra bs she was talking. What kind of people do they have working there? If I do decide to get a membership it will be someplace where they know how to speak to clients in a professional way. No way Im signing up for services anywhere that I cant feel free to ask a question without being met with an instant attitude from an employee cause they dont know the answer and too ignorant to listen to what the customer is actually asking them.

Planet Fitness, Flourtown PA; the main problem with this gym is that about one-third of the exercise machines (treadmills, ellipticals, bicycles, etc.) have sound systems that need repair. The sound system connects your headphones to the TV screens, but the sound only works in one ear. I have been a member here for 8 months and no repairs have been made to the sound systems in these machines, and the staff does not put signs up to explain which machines work correctly and which ones need repair. Aside from this major annoyance, the gym is fine, especially considering the low price. Regarding all the broken machines, "you get what you pay for." I compensated by testing each machine and making a map of which machines work correctly.

This club continues to get worse. The wifi has always been terrible and most of the machines audio jacks do not work. Recently I have noticed that there are two types of employees. Either really great or extremely rude. It seems most of the workers are really good but most of the management are either rude or dont seem to care. If I owned this club I would probably fire most of the managers and promote most of the employees.

Worst gym Ive ever been to. The trainer does not look like a trainer, and why I was there he was eating s box of pepperoni pizza, really good for a trainer. The manager was eating a bag of cool ranch Doritos. Like really this is a gym. The workers did not look like they knew what they were doing and they knew nothing about Heath and exercise. Overall worst gym ever. NEVER GO TO PLANET FITNESS

Only good for people that are trying to lose weight. they dont have a lot of necessary equipment. There is no mirrors in the stretching area so you have no idea what you are doing or if you are doing it right. the staff dont care about what you doing at all.

Meh. Includes the basics you need to get a decent cardio workout and lifting session. Somewhat limited though in terms of machinery, and definitely free weights.

Easy access. Well maintained equipment. Helpful staff when you need them. Low cost. No pool or water therapy. Extra long hours meets any schedule.

Clean, decent Planet Fitness Location. They have the massage chairs but not the water massage. Very large facility, never crowded.
