The first job I asked Century to do was to close up a soffit that had deteriorated and was allowing a place for birds to nest. We also had been hearing squirrels running around in the ceiling so we had asked Century to also look around the roof area to ensure that there werent any other areas where animals could get in. So in the Fall when all of the animals had cleared out, the Century folks took care of the soffit nicely and reported that there were no other areas where animals could get in. I then asked them to come back and seal up a leaky box gutter that was allowing water to periodically leak into my second floor bathroom (in a three story house). They came and did their "sealing." The bathroom wall was repaired and I was so happy. A little over a month later, the box gutter was leaking again and the bathroom wall was destroyed again. I was so angry! I called them and they said they would send someone out to look at it. After another month or so with no return call, I called again. This back and forth went on for a while until finally, someone came out. Needless to say, he didnt bring a tall enough ladder to reach the second floor box gutter and had to inspect/"repair" it from a 3rd story window. When I got the bill in the mail, I was livid! I called the company and the woman that I spoke to stated that they dont guarantee repair work and I was going to be stuck with the second bill and if I actually wanted to have the problem fixed, pay another lump of money to have it relined. Me, not savvy on all the home improvement lingo, thought that that was what I had asked for the first time around so that the problem was fixed. Apparently not! So the bill was paid and I swore that I would never give them anymore business and also share my experience with anyone who asked me for recommendations for home improvement companies. NOW...Spring has arrived and I hear the darn squirrels in the ceiling again. My neighbor, who can see my roof from one of his windows, has now told me that he can clearly see the access point in a lower area of the roof. So did they bother to look around to see if there were any other areas of accessibility when I asked them to? I highly doubt it. I am so angry that I feel that I need to share my experience to anyone who Googles Century Home Improvement operating out of Elizabethtown, PA. Word to the wise...If you have a problem and actually want it fixed and not have to keep paying for someone to come and dink around until they feel they actually want to fix the problem for you and not have to return and sock it to you once again, DO NOT hire anyone from Century Home Improvement! Hire professionals who know what they are doing and care about doing it right.

Their actual work is fine. Their prices a little high. However, they gave me terrible customer service from Job Supervisors sitting in their office. They charged me extra for small part of job which their original Estimate Guy led me to believe was part of price. When I objected, the jobs Supervisor would not talk to me in person by phone. He had the secretary tell me they required the extra part. No discussion. This was not a courteous way to treat a prior repeat customer! They did not seem to care about me. So, I will shop my roofing/gutters work elsewhere in future. I advise that customers of theirs get it ALL IN WRITING prior, including ALL THE TINY EXACT DETAILS.

Excellent Service! I wanted to repair the gutters in both home and business buildings. Salesman, Chad March, visited the site and gave us good suggestions and an estimate. Chad was very friendly and professional. Their serviceman Eric Shields and Dave Mertz repaired and cleaned all the gutters very thoroughly and professionally. Also during the job, I requested adding additional work. Century Spouting made all the effort to accommodate my request. Thank you very much for your company and your dedicated team.

we have done business several times and everything went great. However, I called in July, 2016 to get cost of a replacement bottom window sash. I called back twice, but no one got back to me. I finally stopped at the office in E-town, in late Sept. they had an order for me but it was not followed up. Had person come out and get tag numbers and measurements for sash. Now I am still waiting to hear about the estimate and time it will take to get it installed. Very Disappointed!!!!

Came out for a quote and the guy that came had an awful attitude. He also didnt cooperate with the type of roof that we had wanted. He quoted us EXTREMELY HIGH! On a double wide mobile home $20k for a metal roof!!! AND he took 2 personal phone calls while we were going over everything. What a WASTE OF TIME!!!
