We cant say enough about how amazed we are with the pleasant experience we have had with Premier Roofing & Siding. From Sales Presentation to Product Installation we have been impressed and made to feel extremely confident. The sales representative, Rick, was first to make us feel confident with the presentation of the long standing Experience, Expertise and Certifications of both Premier Roofing and its Employees. There was no rush to sale, but rather considerable time given to help us to clearly understand the Assurances of Quality that we would have both now and in the future. The final offer that was made to us was reasonable and worth every penny. We were promised a Roof-in-a-Day, and thats exactly what we got. Jeff, we appreciate and were surprised that you took the time to visit us personally to check out the site and reassure us of everything that had been presented. Then came the day of installation. The Van of workers showed up and the gears were put into motion with the precision of a Swiss Watch. Guys were scraping up the old shingles, pulling up the old felt, then laying down new felt. The Delivery Truck showed up with its conveyor belt depositing bundles on the roof. That truck pulled out, and the Ton & 1/2 pulled in to receive the old material. Then the whole roof crew installed the new shingles. Bang - bang - bang - bang - bang - bang, six nails to a shingle, right on the line for a good seal. All the while, the man on the ground was constantly clearing away debris and cleaning the area. The Roof was completed in 6 hours. The crew was Proficient and very Professional. The result was a perfect job and a beautiful roof. Simultaneously, the second crew set up their metal break and began installing Trim and Soffit. They returned the next morning to finish up the seamless gutters and downspouts. Once again, beautiful and professional work. It all makes the house look new. Thanks for a wonderful job and a great sense of confidence in all the work that was performed. We would highly recommend Premier Roofing and Siding to anyone needing your services. I so badly want to give them 5 stars but they are getting 4. Premir came and rescued our roof when we first moved into this house. They did a magnificent job and we get so many compliments on it. The workm an ship was fantastic and professional, the workers themselves were kind and friendly and the salesman was all of the above. We used them again to replace our front porch railings and encase our garage doors since the wood was rotting. Again, my husband and I were extremely satisfied with the exception that when the lady came to inspect the work completed, she noted they caulked one post and not another as well as left a bit of a gap between a post and a railing. She took pictures, noted it and said, "I will have them come back out and caulk that other post and see about that gap." I still havent heard from them hem regarding and it has been months. It is not something I notice everyday so it doesnt bother me but to say you are going to come take care of something and not contact us is the reason they received 4 stars. Great company, very nice work (especially the roof), pricing is reasonable, I just wish they would have come back to do those small adjustments on the railing. Oh AND I Do LOVE the work they did around the garage doors.

Working with this company was the single worst experience I have every had with a contractor. The salesperson seemed well informed and gave us a good initial price, but then it all fell apart. The roofing crew showed up unexpectedly before 7am one morning. We ended up paying nearly $1000 more than our estimate because of things the salesperson should have been able to tell from our initial consultation. Even though we were told they would clean up when they were done, we found roofing nails in our yard for months. And now, OUR ROOF LEAKS WORSE NOW THAN IT DID BEFORE WE HAD IT REDONE. Theyve sent a repair crew out three times to try to fix the issue to no avail. And every time I call to try to get someone back out, they NEVER return their calls. I always have to call back. We also had them replace our old attic fan. I went up into the attic several months after the roof was done and saw that they did not wire the new fan in... they just left the raw, LIVE WIRES dangling in our attic. They suck.

Crew arrived on time and started work as agreed.Took 2 days to complete repairing and covering wood trim with aluminum covered PVC. Was expecting 3 days to complete. I and 2 of my sons who are in the home building/repairing industry, gave their work a close inspection when they finished. We discovered that cutting and placing the aluminum over the wood trim was exact without excessive overhang or bending. It was easy to see the experience of the the workers that went into the work by the quality of the work.I would not hesitate to recommend or use this company in the future. You will get quality work for sure.

Did a good job on the roof but shingles, wood, and nails were everywhere. We spent a couple hours after they left cleaning up what they missed and they never came back to pick up the nails. The roof looks good. The gutter/window guy is great. He does a very good job. Update: The gutter was great until it starting coming off the house. I asked them to fix and test the structural integrity of all gutters and fix leaks. They put the gutter back on the house then left without looking at the rest of the gutters or fixing leaks. Called the company and waiting to hear back.

The roof looks great! Negotiation process prior to signing was not aggressive at all and Victor, our salesman, was so sweet. The customer service prior to the work was wonderful. We received friendly schedule and reminder calls. We did run into an issue when they found our plywood needed to be replaced due to rotting issues. However, they were willing to work with us on the price to get the whole roof replaced. Victor and the whole team did a great job and Im glad we were able to work together. The guys did a great job! The roof and gutters look awesome!

They came out to give me an estimate on a repair but did NOT go onto my roof to inspect and did NOT even bring a ladder onto my porch to see where roof was leaking onto enclosed porch but had the nerve to say the best option was to replace the entire porch roof! I would be a little more inclined to listen to their advise if they actually did a proper inspection rather then stand in my neighbors yard and zoom in on my roof with a video camera! I will be calling another company to come out and do a proper inspection and will not recommend them to anyone else!

The price was good, The men were very polite. the communication with the workers could have been better. the first day they were there 1/2 day and didnt return. second day a little longer. third day I found out from new kid, the someone didnt pick up the garbage at previous place and that is what they were doing. 4th and 5th day was good. Showed up on saturday as job still wasnt done. and rushed. I called a few weeks later as they didnt come back with a replacement part. I am now on the schedule.
