I bought a house a year ago and as a part of the agreement the seller replaced the roof at $13,000 and I absorbed the cost during closing. The roof was beautifully done using architectural shingles. Only problem is that it is leaking in not one but two places. So, I contacted Pyramid Roofing in August 2016 with no resolution and again following the hurricane that detoured but reeked havoc in October 2016 and it has been 3 weeks and they still havent been out to even look at my roof. So every time it rains more and more damage is occurring and the water stains are atrocious. Now Im worried about mold. They didnt seal my chimney properly or the vent leading to the heating/ac unit which is where the leaks are occurring which was an easy fix before they decided to do nothing! Justifiably pissed!

I just wanted to take the time to give credit to everyone at Pyramid Roofing. From my first contact to the completion of the job requested; each individual was courteous and knowledgeable. The gentleman who came out and provided an estimate; Donnie Rodanhisler, was very helpful and professional. I would also especially like to thank Alvaro Abreu for his tremendous attitude and workmanship. If I need anything roof related in the future, I sincerely will make it a point to request both individuals. Thanks again to Pyramid Roofing for having such fantastic employees!! I had hail storm damage from a storm Feb.25,2017, Called Pyramid Roofing for a free inspection for damage, their Roofing Specialist Donnie Rodanhister was right on time, inspected my roof and found hail damage and told me to call my insurance co. .Pyramid installed a new roof they did a outstanding job in one day . With their help and advice everything worked fine. You will find that these are the easy & best people to work with ! The Best Thing I did was call Pyramid Roofing Ronnie F. Hampton Va.

My experience with this company was the worst. Salesman insisted that 50% of the money was due upfront even though no materials were required. I was charged over $500 for a very small amount of work that only took less than an hour to do. Work was not done correctly and company does not stand by their work insisting if will cost them money to come back out. All this company cares about is getting a contract signed. BEWARE

This company stands by the promise it gives you and remain on site until the job is to your satisfaction. If they must leave the site they give you a phone number to contact them if you have any questions or concerns. They make you feel at ease and give you a step by step details of what theyre doing. I must recognize Donnie and Linwood for there care and handling of the entire roofing project.
